We would have preferred some minimalism regarding the decoration, but then we were so happy, that after a while we really felt at home.
We had seen the high notes, my mother and I, yet we did not expect to end up being so satisfied and, actually, really happy during our stay. Everything was indeed perfect; the rooms (so spacious, so clean, with all possible comforts, plus free and fast wifi, not to mention the constellations and the galaxy over our heads at night), the food (what a buffet and with such variety! and what good quality, and healthy too [there is even a juicer], which is rare up there in the North), the cocktails (try a Margarita!), the parking (you get your numbered space; the columns are covered with protective material so that you do not scratch your car, and before you leave they clean your wind-screen), the swimming pools (all with whirlpool massage, one is open air with warm water, which is wonderful when it rains and raindrops fall on your face and you can breathe fresh air without shivering), the treatments (try the hay pack! but massage and foot bathing in mare's milk is delightful too!), there are excursions and gym and yoga, and there is even a chapel - what can I say - all the members of the personnel are excellent professionals, the owners are always around checking that clients are happy. Last but not least the surrounding area is really wonderful. I have been to some of the most expensive and sophisticated spas in Austria and Germany, I have never encountered such professionalism.
