Great rooms, central location but really quiet. Lovely spa but not included in PRICE!!.Reallt great hotel, we'd go back for sure! Spa is not included in price and they did not tell us we needed to make a reservation whic meant that we nearly missed it. |

Clean, fresh condition, new furniture fen wirked not properly. condition in the room is close to bed and noisy/ In the hotel the layout of rooms and corridors is terrible. To get to my room I had to use 2 separate lifts. Standard room is really small. Furniture is minimalistic. no space to place my stuff in the room. |

The staff were extremely helpful at Quintocanto. Alitalia lost our bags and the hotel staff tracked them down for us and made sure they were there before our departure (trust me, it didn't look promising). In the meantime, my wife and I had an excuse to enjoy the shopping in the area and relaxed with an excellent massage in the spa. The prices are reasonable, the location is excellent, and the service is even better. We did not have a car, but I can imagine that parking in the area would be difficult. |

Fabulous location - within short walking distance of all the sights and restaurants, really friendly accomodating staff, lovely room overlooking domes of nearby church. We were upgraded on arrival. Breakfast buffet had a great variety - ask for a proper coffee though otherwise it's weak filter coffee. Great shower. Lovely toiletries. Liked everything. |

Location and smartness of modern design, together with friendly staff. Hotel well placed for weekend break. It is a refurbished parts of older buildings. Very well done but a bit inconvenient. For example to get to our room we had to go out into the courtyard and take a lift, then down a corrior, up another lift and down another corridor. First lift did'nt work initially and it was pouring with rain! |

Friendly staff, very clean, modern -- appreciated the cable TV and the number of channels. Great washroom. Location was in the heart of the old town which was good for site seeing but very congested at times. Small room with limited amenities. The wireless internet repeatedly stopped working in my room however it was available in the lobby. For the international traveller the internet is your lifeline home. Hotel was quite spread out and disconnected from the lobby. |

In the bathroom, the shower was difficult to adjust (to turn on/off and temperature-wise) and there was a problem with the sink plug. |

After booking at an already competitive rate, I was delighted to get an upgrade (late August, city centres in Italy are devoid of italians/business travellers so hotels have more availability) and it was a room at the back so very quiet and overlooking the roof of a big church and just wonderful. Their restaurant was also the one which served us the best meal of the whole week in Sicily and the staff were helpful with choices of wine and food. Hotel staff also recommended us a local car rental which proved in turn to be very competitively priced and helpful too. Oh and it couldn't have been more central. It is spread over 2 buildings so there was a slightly roundabout route to our room but that was not a problem. |

The room was beautiful though absolutely no view.Bathroom was like a spa. Sheets and bed were wonderful. Decor was far more elegant than expected. Spa also is beautiful. Need more staff at night and during the summer. Confort, design y buen gusto. Habitación y cuarto de baño con una estética muy moderna y elegante. Bufet desayuno bien presentado y sano. El personal, muy agradable, con una única excepción. El encargado de la cafetería-desayuno la mañana del 11.11.09 tuvo un comportamiento muy poco cortés porque cambiamos de mesa. |

Sono ritornata per la seconda volta e con piacere. Il trattamento è stato come sempre ottimo, ma la camera, rispetto a quella precedente, era più piccola e con un letto in più che ingombrava eccessivamente nei movimenti. Sono rimasta un po' delusa dalla colazione. |

Oltre a beneficiare di una posizione strategica per le diverse motivazioni di soggiorno (turismo, shopping, lavoro o relax), la struttura è ben curata e pulita. Il personale è disponibile e professionale. Il ristorante...lo consiglio anche a chi non dovesse pernottare in hotel. |

J'ai aime l'esthétique de cet hôtel refait neuf et très confortable. Il presente un bon rapport qualité et est bien situe dans le quartier historique. La présence du Spa et de l'espace bien être le rend très agréable Le Buffet du petit dejeuner n'est pas très fourni |
