The "small double room" had a bed that was just a wide twin! Way too small!!

The location is perfect if you want to be in the center of all the historical sites. From our hotel room, we could see the beautiful cupola of the church next door. The swimming pool/spa is beautiful and the best feature of the hotel. The restaurant is located in an quaint courtyard. Breakfast was nice but dinner at the restaurant was outstanding! Hotel has been tastefully restored from a historic building in a modern style.

Elevator was not working the night we arrived and I had to carry my sleeping 4-year old up some very long flights of stairs. But it was fixed by morning.

This hotel has been beautifully architected within a historically important building. We stayed 4 nights and the staff were very helpful, and were particularly obliging when we wanted to change our room (personal reasons) - they really wanted to ensure that we were happy. Breakfasts were excellent. Location is also excellent with ease of access to the historical sites.

Air conditioning is centrally controlled and was still set for winter/heating; cooling mode was unavailable, however we could open window and this was sufficient to cool the room.

Good value for money, very nice and clean hotel. Location in the city center, but a bit far from the nearest Mondello beach. Rooms in real are the same as on photos, I stayed in this hotel second time. Even single room is big, bed is comfortable.

Breakfast is nice, but limited. No hot dishes. Anyway, for me ham, yohurt, bread and cheese with coffee was enough. They serve 2 kind of juice, fruits as well. Once was a strange situation with housekeeping: they throw my toothbrush and toothpaste during cleaning of my room and I had to go to farmacy and buy the new one

Elevator to first floor was through another building & did not work. Had to climb 1+ flights in the dark on worn marble stairs

Very well located for those who want to visit old Palermo. If driving don't forget to reserve parking facility although they will help you in locating a place for your car . Just remember that it is not always an easy task. The restaurant, not from but in the hotel is very good. Ah, last but not least, the very best shower, (douche), in Italy !

Vynikající poloha hotelu a zajímavý designe, internet o.k., skvělé hygienické prostředky, možnost parkování, i když za poplatek. Excellent location of the hotel and interesting design, internet ok, great hygiene products, parking, although for a fee.

S ubytováním jsme nebyli spokojeni. Dvoulůžkový pokoj byl extrémně malý, což jsme věděli, ale nepředpokládali jsme, že i postel bude sotva pro jednu osobu, čistota sporadická, nebyly vynášeny odpadky, zvuková izolace žádná, z vedlejšího pokoje i z chodby bylo slyšet naprosto všechno, jednolůžkový pokoj byl o něco větší a pohodlnější, avšak museli jsme žádat otevření trezoru, přes reklamaci po celou dobu pobytu nesvítila v pokoji stropní svítidla, ale pouze lampy a druhý den nebylo možno se do pokoje dostat (špatně nakódovaná karta). Snídaně byla na hotel tohoto standardu chudá, cena hotelu rozhodně neodpovídá poskytnutým službám. Pro příští návštěvu bychom zvolili jiný hotel. The accommodation we were not satisfied. Double room was extremely small, which we knew, but we did not anticipate that a bed is barely enough for one person, purity sporadic, not taking out garbage, no soundproofing, from the next room from the hallway could hear absolutely everything. Single room was slightly larger and comfortable, but we had to ask open the safe, despite a claim for the entire stay unlit room ceiling lights, but only the lamp and the next day it was not possible to get rooms (poorly coded card). Breakfast at the hotel was of a poor standard, the price of the hotel certainly does not match the services provided. For your next visit we opted for another hotel.

Ett underbart hotell med mycket trevlig personal, modernt i äldre charmiga byggnader. Spa´t var mysigt och behandlingen riktigt bra. Mysig frukost i lugn och trevlig lokal med palm inomhus. Vi var 7st tjejer som var där och hade det toppen! Läget är bra för shopping men också nära till buss om man vill åka till stranden.

La posizione del l'albergo e' il massimo per visitare Palermo, il personale receptione eccellente

Il "servizio" SPA e' stato molto al disotto della bellezza e della cura dei particolari dell'ambiente stesso, strutturato molto bene sfruttato molto male.

Magnifique situation en Centre ville + L'hotel dispose d'un parking (indispensable).
