Sauberkeit, Größe des Zimmers, Frühstück

Obwohl wir ein ruhiges Zimmer wünschten, bekamen wir ein sehr lautes zugewiesen und mussten nach der 1.Nacht umziehen, weil an Schlaf nicht zu denken war.

Ausgezeichneter Ausgangspunkt für die Stadt und ihre Sehenswürdigkeiten, insbesondere zum Besuch der Oper. Zuvorkommendes professionelles Personal,sauberes komfortables Zimmer.

Die Bar liegt etwas ungünstig. Der Salon, der zur Bar gehörte, war oft durch Gesellschaften belegt.

Walls too thin, could hear couple in adjacent room preforming.......

Breakfast was very good, lots of variety and some of the front desk staff were very helpful

There was not a concierge desk dedicated to helping guests with restaurants, tourist attractions, opera reservations, etc. The front desk staff seemed to be the ones providing this service and, depending who was on duty, they were at times, not particularly knowledgeable. This was a little frustrating.

Location, breakfast, the room

The reception staff was unfriendly and the dinner was hardly adequate for a 4 star hotel and the price that it charges.

Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast room/terrace was very relaxing and attractive.

The hotel has many nice antiques on display, especially in the imposing hall just beyond the foyer. It is also very central and there are some good shops close by. Good breakfast. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Room was very quiet and peaceful. Good air conditioning, which was welcome.

The room I stayed in with my wife was relatively small - smaller that the impression one is given from the pictures. The furniture was tatty and there was no information provided about the hotel and its facilities in the room. Two sizable wardrobes were provided but there were not enough hangers. The price we paid was relatively high for these facilities.

Good room in a centrl location. The look and feel of an old Palazzo. Good breakfast spread in a pleasant Garden setting.

Hotel would not issue 2 Room keys to us. This is a major inconvenience which seems to be an Italian quirk as we have come across it in other Hotels in Italy but nowhere else in Europe.

Decor. Having breakfast included. Room spotless. Quiet.

Some reception staff not helpful. Hotel ignored request to have rooms near each other and didnt answer my email. Bad mattress that sank. We had cramped bathroom while friends had huge. Ridiculous prices of minibar. The worst for me was no wifi in bedrooms and cost of 7euro per hour or 15 per day for internet.

The hotel was very central to popular tourist sights and public transport. We found the dining facilities very good and enjoyed a few meals there. dining times were very suitable also.
