Hotel Quirinale built in 1865, was the first Grand Hotel in Rome. The spacious rooms, high ceilings and, above all, the connecting door to the Opera House demonstrates its grandeur and distinguishes it from other hotels in the area.

The front desk and concierge operate a 24-hour service with multilingual staff, offering (upon request): doctor on call; wake-up call; guided tours; and reservation for museums, theatres and restaurants.

Green Bar: open from 10:00-24:00.

Room service is available from 07:30-23:30.

Food & beverage

Rossini Restaurant is open:
- for breakfast from 06:30-10:00.
- for lunch from 12:30-14:30.
- for dinner from 19:30-22:00.

Rossini Restaurant offers a choice of Italian and local cuisine.

During the summer time, meals are served on the terrace facing the hotel's private garden.

All of the rooms feature Imperial-style furniture, with antique ornamentation and high ceilings.

Via Nazionale is one of the most important street of the centre of Rome: hectic during the day and tranquil throughout the night.

During the day the area is full of tourists and business men due to its shops, offices and Palazzo delle Esposizioni, while at night time is the hub for all those who want a peaceful stroll, nice restaurants, or a visit to the theatre and, above all, the Opera.

Prepare to get back to the early 1900 and you'll be surprised with the experience of stayng in this hotel! The hotel is very well furbished, the rooms are enormous, clean and nicely decorated. You will find state of the art amenities, such as flat screen tvs, easy access to internet, etc. It is great to stay at Rome's first grand hotel and check it is still up to date and well maintained.

Night staff is not as friedly and well prepared as day's staff.

check in too bureaucratic and slow. i had to wait at 11 pm more than 40 min because of 1 persone before me speaking too much and noone took care about me.

Grand old style, good location, large quiet room. Staff try hard.

Run down considering price. Garden is main feature but was closed and untidy. Breakfast only average, poor coffee dispensed by non-Italian canteen style machine, although fresh made coffee available on request.

The room was quiet as requested. The room was clean and comfortable albeit a bit small. The location was good and close to the metro.

The breakfast was very poor and much below the standard to be expected for a 4* hotel. I have had better in a cheap B&B. The value for money was poor due to this.

it's location near all the hotspots as well as it's proximity to the termini

The location was great. Easy to get to the Termini, the Forum, Colluseum, shopping, restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean. Fairly quiet. Breakfast was adequate with plenty of options. I would definitely consider staying there again. Got on the internet easily.
