We loved the large airy rooms with high ceilings. Lots of beautiful chandeliers, traditional furniture and paintings everywhere. Enormous beds, shuttered windows and doors provide an undisturbed nights sleep. Breakfast was first class, excellent choice and the option of sitting outside in the courtyard was an added bonus.
We struggled to find anything we didn't like about the hotel other than having to pay for the WiFi in the bedroom.
Charming, spacious room.Quatity bathroom fittings and towels. Breakfast offered great variety of food. Dinner at hotel was of high standard and waiters were friendly and thoughtful. Most staff could understand English.
Smoking in dining areas.
Location, staff, wifi, breakfast, restaurant, room, everything
Overall beauty'cleainess and Fantastic staff. You can not beat this hotel In any measurable areas This is A+. #1 The Winner Just couldn't improve on perfect!
Looked but never found anything !!!
The location was excellent. I loved the ambience and decor in this historical hotel. The garden was especially inviting for breakfast and evening gatherings with the lovely weather. The staff were helpful especially the porters & garden staff. Breakfasts were tasty & well presented. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend the Hotel Quirinale. .
The in room complimentary tea & coffee were not replaced daily. Hot water was not always reliable. 'Free Wifi' was qualified to a limited daily allowance.
Nothing at all
Location was very convenient
Location.. location.. location, cleanliness, safety.
From the moment we walked into the spacious apartment we felt really comfortable. The bathroom was particularly impressive.
There was nothing we didn't like about our stay at The Quirinale except perhaps it wasn't long enough.
The location of the hotel The staff - pleasant, helpful, competent regardless of what colour uniform they wore or where they worked in the hotel The quiet of the bedroom area The relaxing lounge the garden restaurant
Being left outside the lift because the previous user did not close the doors. The elegant brass notice telling clients to do just that was too high up and very easy to miss by thoughtless people. A big in-your-face notice at eye level would work better
The location was perfect for attractions; shopping and the best cafe around the corner
There was no iron in the room and the shower curtain was too short letting the floor get wet.
The front desk staff was very helpful and proffesional. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious for Rome standards.
Most of the door men and manager were not friendly at all.
The room and bathroom were large, excellent air conditioning (Rome was 28 degrees) and completely soundproof from street noise. Breakfast includes hot food, not just continental breakfast.
Stuff are friendly, and location is goood 'cause nearby the main station.
All facilities are very old. my rooms key mechanically stucked and broken, so I was not able to get in the room at night, so was given another room a night.
location, very near to republicca metro station and bus, many shop and great restaurant
my bathroom's door was not working, and there's a bug on my bed
Good Breakfast. Lovely Bedrooms. Very Clean.
Staff on reception very rude. Pickpockets in the area.We heard that a lady had her bag stolen whilst having her breakfast at the hotel and my Husband had about 60 euros stolen from his pocket at the ice cream parlour a few hundred yards from the hotel. just
Very good, substantial breakfast buffet with lots of choices. We are breakfast in a beautiful, quiet courtyard garden. The room was very nice, and the air conditioning worked well and kept us at a very comfortable temperature. We loved the antiques, old prints on the wall, and the ambiance of the building.
We has a room overlooking the courtyard. On Saturday evening there was live music in the courtyard that went until 11:30pm and kept us up. This is my only complaint.
Very large comfortable clean room. Breakfast buffet was very good with indoor or outdoor seating. Hotel restaurant was also very nice in the garden courtyard. Very close to Metro and train station.
Front desk staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful.
Sometimes the staff was not that friendly
The decor was beautiful, the garden terrace was a real oasis amongst the Roman hustle and bustle, the staff were of a standard for others to be measured, facilities were excellent and location ideal.
Staffs are warm and courteous. Especial mention to Rose Ann and Conrado.
The location, venue and facilities
Staff we're hard to approach
As a solo traveller felt very comfortable and safe and that the staff was extremely attentive and friendly.
My double room had two single beds pushed together, so in reality I could only sleep on 1 tiny bed. Also the evening apertif munchies in the beautiful terrace were terribly stale and not eatable!
The hotel is situated centrally and its near a train station. At night it had live music entertainment.
The hotel is very old , it needs a coat of paint , the bathroom should be redecorated , the shower head spurt water everywhere . Expensive hotel for the state its in .breakfast was okay . Very noisy, rooms which overlook a busy street with bars and cafes . Bed very uncomfortable with lumpy mattress. I would not consider it a four star but rather a three star . Like all Italians staff very unhelpful
