Room was large and clean. It's a good location for the station if you are going to catch a train, you can walk with your luggage.
Requested a triple room with three beds but they don't have triple rooms with three beds. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Would stay there again
Historic air breeze in the morning, fancy walk through the hallway, Good days to remember.
Very close to the train station and various important attractions
The air conditioning was off.
really nice location nice breakfast
during three days of our stay wi-fi didn't work at all, staff said they wouldn't know when it is gonna be fixed!
Staff were most helpful, could not do enough to help. Beautiful breakfast, plenty of choice, something to suit everyone.
Unfortunately I could not connect to the free WiFi, but was not a big issue, as I did not require internet access.
Good breakfast and garden. Historic commons areas and bulding,
Some of rooms type are small and old furniture.
Comfortable hotel. Centrally located. Buses across the road, and Metro 50 meters away, making it easy to quickly reach all the interesting places. Helpful and courteous staff. Good and varied buffet breakfast, in a nice quiet area, overlooking the garden. Live music in the sitting room on Saturday and Sunday nights.
Nothing. We have NO complaints.
Only an overnight stay on this first visit to this hotel is iconic. Travelling in my father's footsteps as he stayed many times in the '50's including for 6 months at one time. He always had very fond memories so it was great to stay at the hotel and see it still has great class and style.
Great location, within walking distance of Termini, and superb public transport to get you to all the must-see sights. Elegant classic hotel with lots of charm.
Very hard bed! Buffet breakfast could be better.
room is big. bathroom is big. hotel's got style. very comfortable to stay. we had 3 people and had plenty room to put our luggage all over the floor. location is great. breakfast is good
front desk clerk is not friendly. but everything else is good. wifi sucks.
The staff members were so kind and friendly. The location of the hotel helped us get to all places we want easily because it is close from the train station, facing the bus stop, and even by walking it is not so far from touristic places
We were given a room that has a very bad wifi connection so it was more like not having access to internet. Also the room service wasn't picking up on our call so we had to make it down to the reception to do our order.
Felt welcome and pampered. good be delighted to go back to Rome and wouldn't hesitate to book at the same hotel again.
Breakfast very busy.
No lift！！！We are stay in 3rd floor，ask for the porter pick up our luggage when we check out，he made our suitcase handle broken and no any notice ，no apprologize.
The style of hotel. Good size rooms with high ceilings and traditional decor. Close to shops, tourist sites and public transport
Staff at reception were not very welcoming and barely raised their head from the computer to acknowledge our presence. No tourist banter or offer of map or assistance.
friendly staff and good breakfast lovely decor
only English free channel was news
The experienced staff at reception, the large rooms and the impressive building
the restaurant and breakfast food
The ambience is unique. An Italian Palazzo with a huge lounge, wide corridors and great bathrooms.
The front rooms are too noisy. They have cheap ineffective double glazing. The biggest problem is that when you book a certain room category, you simply don't know what you're going to get. It could be a rather small room or a nice big one.
No room service (had to call reception 2 days in a row asking them to bring breakfast to the room, as no one bothered to pick up breakfast menu from the door handle) Awful beds and pillows Smelly bathrooms and drains Dirty towels
Charming decor and excellent breakfast. all staff were very helpful and communicated in English as soon as they noticed you could not communicate in Italian.
We had to beg for tea and coffee in the room on our arrival. pay channels are a hindrance and this spoils the guests' fun.
Difficult to regulate heating. Too warm
Great location, quiet room, good breakfast
The rooms were very spacious and clean. I liked the old style furniture throughout the hotel. The buffet breakfast was excellent. It is the best hotel I have stayed so far.
I asked for a upper-storey bedroom and one with a cushioned headboard bed and it was given to me. The staff is really nice and the breakfast is good, nothing fancy but they had awesome scrambled eggs!! The location is very very good.
I asked for a double bed and when i got into the room it was a twin. But i liked the room so much that i didnt ask to change.
Perfect location with lovely staff. I strongly suggest to chose this hotel!
the wifi could be better.
We loves staying at hotel Quirinale, beautiful hotel, easy walk to all the main spots, men at desk were always helpful and gave great recommendations to local restaurants that had excellent food without the big price.
