Good live music, but do not go to bed too early. Prima bereikbaarheid en centraal gelegen. Proper.
Location, comfort, cleanliness & a fantastic breakfast.
Window allowed in too much light. They need blackout blinds.
The room sizes were very large which was great. Good location and the building is very old and ha a great "roman" feel to it.
The breakfast was not very good and the sheets still had fluff in them and mine had a hair in between the sheets. The water pressure was very low and the temperature was touch and go
We loved the courtyard and the breakfast options. The location is an easy walk from Roma Termini and it also has shops, restaurants and services right outside. The room is an older style but with some lovely antiques. Modernised and clean bathroom was perfect. Windows do block street noise. We had no issues.
Really nice hotel, value for money.
Close to termini for bus and hop on hop off buses.Easy walk to Trevi fountain,Pantheon,Piazza Navona.Very helpful and friendly staff, lovely garden for breakfast and drinks at evening.
Location quite close to the metro station which take you to main attractions and also from the train station. Clean and a lot of room if you have a kid. Breakfast was nice in a garden in center of Rome!
Some noise and shaking from the street.
Wi-fi is really good and fast, we had dinner and the guy at the piano was excellent and makes the food good. I clicked yes I recommend the hotel just for the atmosphere at dinner time.
The room was definitely not a 4 star to be fair we stayed 5 nights, 4 nights first and we were given a nice room but on the 5th night we were given a room very small old and dirty and I thought it was less than a 2 star room. We had to call maintenance as our toilet was blocked and would take two hours to be fixed, no help was offered by management to fix the problem not even a phone call to apologise, we had to use the rubbish bin to flush the toilet. There is too much staff working there and many of them doing nothing just standing like statues and they ignore you "the guest" they definitely need to change attitude and understand who the guest is, it's not them for sure. The staff is a big problem there someone should give them a good training. I travel a lot and I never experienced such an unprofessional behaviour.
The location and a splendid breakfast.
Insufficient and not particularly welcoming staff on both arrival and departure.
Liked the whole experience would highly recommend.

Everything! Was excellent! Good value for money!
everything - the location was excellent - close to Termini station and within walking distance of all the main sights or possibly a short cab ride. Like being in a movie - old world charm and yet excellent facilities - breakfast awesome and the secluded garden area a bonus in a busy city
location near station and staff and garden
very old rooms. breakfast limited.
The location was perfect close to train station and central walking distance to sites of interest. Elegant historic hotel with large rooms. Great buffet breakfast which was included in price of room. Room was price as quoted. Very reasonably priced for what you get. Staff very professional and responsive. Rooms are large and comfortable.
On arrival I was welcomed warmly and check in was efficient and friendly. loved my room, plenty big enough for one with glorious furniture and opening window so I didn't have to sleep with the air conditioning on . Even though the hotel is very dated, that is it's charm. it's really clean everywhere, the garden is lovely and service always with a gentle smile and genuine friendliness. I felt totally comfortable there. I requested a quiet room and slept really well. I would definitely recommend it to my friends:))
Only negative was that the shower cubicle was a joke. Way too small but hot water and the flow of it was fine. I'm sure they'll renovate that eventually.
Location excellent. Had everything we needed.
Pillows were hard

Room was a bit small

Location breakfast room size comfortable beds
Great location, friendly staff couldn't of asked for anything more
Old world charm
Bed less comfortable than I had hoped
Excellent location close to the termini station and walking distance from most of the top sights. Lovely courtyard setting for the restaurant and air conditioning worked v effectively.
No tea/ coffee making facilities in the room. - legislation rather than the hotels fault.
