From the photos on the website, we weren't expecting such a grand hotel, they really don't do it justice. On entering the hotel, the staff were warm, friendly and very accomodating. The room was magnificent with very high ceilings, beautiful furniture and one of the best bathrooms i've seen in a hotel. Breakfast in the gardens is also a lovely feature. |

Central location, close to railway, bus, all the major attractions. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Our room facing the garden was quiet, spacious, very clean with a fridge and a safe. Very nice breakfast, nice garden. All the floorboards in the room were very squeeky and matress was very soft. |

Safe, ideal location of hotel, wonderful breakfast buffet, helpful and courtesy staff and good size rooms and bathrooms. Internet services was an extra charge (not included in room rate), which was a surprise. Bar drinks were outrageously priced at hotel, we went elsewhere for afternoon cocktails. |

Our room was comfortable, cleaned early in the day, and always ready when we returned. The location is excellent and central to all services, and the family suite worked well. We are a mature couple and had our 16yr old Grandson with us. |

The staff were excellent and sorted out the plumbing issue and TV we had instantly. Good location but it was a business hotel, and not always geared up for tourists. |

Prepare to get back to the early 1900 and you'll be surprised with the experience of stayng in this hotel! The hotel is very well furbished, the rooms are enormous, clean and nicely decorated. You will find state of the art amenities, such as flat screen tvs, easy access to internet, etc. It is great to stay at Rome's first grand hotel and check it is still up to date and well maintained. Night staff is not as friedly and well prepared as day's staff. |
