Well, the girl was friendly, bed is big enough and comfortable, and it's convenient to get to train station and underground, though i would like to walk in Rom. Room was warm and big enough.
Except the bed, other things were all broken, in some degree. And the worst was i have to wait more than 20 minutes before there's hot water. The garderobe was broken, plug seats were not easy to use...in this aspect the room price was not so rational, the internet's fee is expensive and can only be use in the hall in first floor.
Only good thing about hotel was the location
Staff rude. Broken shower and no plug in bath. Breakfast poor. Nothing good about hotel apart from the location
poor breakfast, old rooms
breakfast room cleanliness bathroom
Hotel near the city center.
Hotel for immediate repair. Time stopped there. Breakfast is far from Europe. Best to have your own food. Service is trying to catch up but that's not all. I do not recommend this hotel. Regards Joanna
matresses were so comfortable, i had the most relaxing nights' sleep. young lady on reception very pleasant and happy to help
tired interior, tired manager, internet available only in lobby although booking states it's available throughout building.
quite draggled conditon, needs renovation, overpriced
Distance from railway / bus station. Good value for money.
The hotel is looking tired and in need of a good spruce up.
1-Impolite staff attitude. 2-Chnged my room 2 times because of the dirty place and the air conditioner that ruined my luggage. 3-They refused to change my room again after the air conditioner water flow all over the room and they offered a fan even after i told them that i paied for the A/C. 4-They make me sign a paper that tells that i am responsible for my own safety. And more.........
This hotel is located only one block south of the Termini central station which means that it is comfortable to walk to the hotel if you arrive to Termini, for example with the airport train. It is also comfortable that it is close to subway, busses and tram when you want to explore Rome. It is also walking distance to some of the atractions of Rome, such as the Colloseum and Forum Romanum. The price of this hotel is quite good. But you get what you pay for.
There is quite low standard on everything at this hotel. It is clean but you will not get anything extra. The breakfast is minimal and the beds are hard. In our room the water in the shower was to hot for the purpose (Room 568). Luckily you do not spend much time at a hotel when you visit a city like Rome. Then the location and price might be more important than the standard of the hotel. But I think we would choose a better hotel next time.
Close to Termini Station... That is all!
Everything... The hotel room itself was disgusting. There was a lot of mould in the bathroom and rust and stains in the bath. The bath sheet also had a random stain. The curtains didn't even match each other. One of the plug sockets didn't work. The bathroom flooded everytime you used the shower. The shower rack wasn't even attached and nearly knocked me out. No English channels on the TV! Breakfast was basic. One croissant each and one roll each which needed a sledge hammer to break open and some random cereal and weird cake. Staff seemed friendly. However when storing or luggage for a later flight it was left in an open corridor which I was able to go and get later without anyone checking who I was. Anyone could have taken! We left out room key with reception every time we went out and when the man mis heard me on return nearly gave me someone else's key which I could of easily taken! Lastly a random fire alarm started in the middle of the night on our first night and went on for at least 15 minutes. However this was apparently down to someone smoking in their room. The surrounding area while good for the station isn't exactly nice to see. Graffiti is everywhere and be careful of people trying to scam you to pay for basic directions... All in all you may as well stay in a cardboard box!
A female receptionist was very kind and helpful.
Lots of dust. The bread wasn't fresh. Breakfast was very poor. The dishes and the cups were dirty. No curtain around the bath. The TV set had no control.
Receptionist was very professional
Filth, vulnerable to a health condition.. !! Leaking aircon that didn't work, Fungi on walls, Drain in shower not working properly. In general scary for health conditions
Location near Termini station. From there you can take metro to all locations.
Very poor breakfast. Wifi works only in the lobby only if you pay 5 euros. Fridge is not working. When you make a shower, all the bathroom gets full in water like a swimming pool. If you want only a cheap place to stay and not care about these things, I recomend this hotel.
Location, very close to central station.
Everything else! No free wifi, they ask you to pay 5 euro for wifi password, but it only works in lobby. Bedroom is large, but the dirtiest room i ever seen. There are some blood stamp on bathroom wall; some unknown slippy oil on bedroom floor. Bed cover and sheet haven't been replace for years, the pillow is in dark yellow color! I have to put our bath towel on bed to sleep. An 20 years old air conditioning in our room, if we switch it off it's hot in summer; but if we turn it on, it made huge noise like train pass by and you can see it covered by dirt. The morning when we wake up, we found we were bitten by something, and made our skin some swelling. We stayed 3 nights here, but the only thing they replaced is bath towel and face towel, no new soap, no new shampoo. Please close down this hotel for God sake.
This was a cheap week deal that did not disappoint at just over 300 euros. No complaints at that price.
Ok, the bathroom sink tap barely ran, the hairdryer fell apart in my hands and I could have done with an extra pillow... but great value. Did I mention the price?
Room was clean, bedding was changed every day, staff was very helpfull and nice.
The hotel itself was old and not renovated , not well maintained , but we had a quiet, very clean room.
Ac is not working well and refrigerator is fake
The hotel is well situated - with good access to/from airports as well as to major tourist destinations.
The location near the termini station
Everything else!! This is by far the worst hotel that ive ever been in my life! I dknt even have the words to describe this experience! The door knob fell on my foot as i tried to open the door, there was mold in the toilet, the paint on the wall was all messed up, if someone spoke too loud we'd hear it all over the hotel. The person that decided that this hotel was a 3 star is the stupidest person alive!! This hotel should barely get 1 star. Please close down this hotel for god sake.
only location, nothing else.
I will give the hotel 1 on 10. breakfast stale and poor in quality, rooms small and air conditioner not effective. The table was broken inside. Strangely smelling room. no in room refrigerator/ water. everything was below standard, hardly a 3 star hotel of europe. it should be decategorised.
The rooms look nothing like the photos. The rooms and the building are not well maintained. The service was terrible and not helpful. There is an extra charge of 5euro for the internet that can only be used at the lobby and 1euro per bag to leave them in the morning you depart. NO hot water and the ac barely works.
Located right next to Roma Termini for access into the city Values for money Kind staff Good security (doors lock at 1am and keys kept at counter) They took our booking 1hour before arrival
