Offering free WiFi and spacious, modern-style rooms, the guesthouse Vatican Domus is located in Rome's elegant Prati district. It is a 10-minute walk from St. Peter's Basilica.
Score from 18 reviews Exceptional
Adjacent to St Peter’s Basilica, Romantic Vatican Rome B&B offers elegant rooms with free Wi-Fi and late 19th-century furniture. A continental or Italian-style breakfast is available for self service....

Quo Vadis 2 is in a perfect location for pilgrims and tourists alike. Situated just outside Vatican City, this wonderful little B&B is also just a short walk to Metro and bus stops. The room was small, but just what we needed for resting up between our busy tour schedule. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here during our next pilgrimage to Rome.
Clean, friendly, plenty of hot water, delivered light breakfast, fridge, bargain pricing, coffee machine, right at Vatican Museums and Old Bridge Gelateria! Loved kidding around with the owners sister, she was a total hoot! Can't say enough about clean, friendly, and bargain pricing!
Need to use your towel for a few days. Hang it up! (Remember: clean, friendly, and bargain prices!)
location by Vatican, very safe, close to restaurants, gelato places, metro station and buses!
comfort very poor, almost nothing for breakfast but good value for money
Great location next to the Vatican wall (30meters!!) and just a small walk from the other attraction (campo Dei fiori, phanteon..). You start and finish your day in Rome passing by San.Pietro and a breathtaking stop on Ponte Santangelo. Bed and breakfast simple but clean and with great staff. As mentioned in the description, the bathroom (private) is next to the room and not inside.
Wish we could stay longer.
The location was excellent as you probably noticed from the other reviews but what they don't really stress is the professional and welcoming service you get. Pasquale emailed very quickly after booking the room and made sure to be on location when we arrived. He was very nice, spoke perfect English, gave us TONS of good information about getting around the city, where to eat and what tourist traps to avoid and lives on site so he was available all the time. They also do daily morning maid service which was a nice. The room was simple but large and if you are doing site seeing like we were and spending very little time lounging in your room, this place is perfect! The price was hundreds less than any decent hotel you will find! I would absolutely stay here again.
The bathroom was not attached to the room but was just 15 feet down the hall and was private just to us. This wasn't a big deal because we were 3 young men. The breakfast was also right in the reviews, it was cold items and very simple but was enough to get the day started.
great location, close to vatican.
all was good
Location good for Vatican Friendly helpful staff
Expensive for what you get Room and bathroom could do with a facelift Bathroom very cramped TV very small Breakfast included but consisted of cake and biscuits
Really nice staff that wait us till 11pm and explains everything to us, and location is nice for Vetican!!
breakfast is too simple (but have to say the fresh cake is sooooo nice!)
Cleanliness and breakfast.
The staff was so friendly and helpful. Moreover, my room was facing to vatican wall, so it was a perfect location to stay
Great location. Right by Vatican. Room and towels are very clean. Personel is great, helpful and friendly. It gives you atmosphere of an old house in Italy. They give you freshly baked cake slice every morning. There is kettle, espresso machine inside the room.
Room and bathroom were small. Breakfast is only jam, bread and tea/coffee inside the room and not enough.
What a gem of a place for a simple traveller who wants a comfortable bed and a central location along with first class personal service. Travelled with a mature friend and we both enjoyed this hotel. Cannot wait to return!
The owner of the B&B, Pasquale, is very kind and helpfull. Airconditioning. Clean room. Bed. Location Airport shuttle. We would certainly come here again for a stay in Rome!
Shower is small but that was not a big problem for us.
perfect location, clean room, friendly owner - super!
Located close to the metro and across from the Vatican museum, making it easy to beat the lines early in the morning. We were worried about being too far from the Rome city center but the metro system can get you from the hotel to all the sites in 10-15 mins. Pasquale was very helpful and accommodating of our needs, this was great.
-VERY noisy. Walls are paper thin and others staying with us were inconsiderate when entering and leaving the building. Family left at 4:00am one morning and woke our entire family up. -Private bathrooms are detatched and small. - Small breakfast. Will need to head to a cafe each morning.
The owner of hotel "pasquale" was so friendly and helpful. I really recommend this hostel for everyone. The location was perfect, very close to Vatican and metro station.
Our room can be more clean and breakfast should be improved
really great location, the wall of Vaticano is just across the street from the window. Considering the great location and the high price at this area, the hotel is really good for family travel. Friend and helpful staff. you can ask for shuttle to airport.
Location, view of the city was great. Pasquale was so helpful with all the questions we had (and we had a lot) about transportation and places to eat. Always was so courteous and always a smile on his face. Such a nice man!
Wish the bathroom was a little bigger.
Spacious room, unlimited and tasty breakfast and nice snacks and refreshments, very helpful and friendly host
It's a bit expensive as compared to other b&b and hostels. The room can be better lit with brighter lights. The toilet lock is a bit hard to use.
Location is perfect for sightseeing. Accommodation is very good for sleep over and a good nights rest. Pasqualle is perfect !
The breakfast is Italian charm.
Everything was in place. Pasquale was very friendly and helpful. Will be back again!
Location was good.
It was not definitely value for Money. It was overpriced for the facilities. The rooms were too small, the breakfast they served was very limited. I would have been fine if they didn't serve breakfast, instead of serving just 1 croissants.
Good Location, nice owner.
Probably the dirtiest and most run down place we have ever stayed at. The room and especially the bedding was very dirty, the window did not close properly, the shower went cold quickly, the room was very small. Even worse than that, you could hear everything that is happening on the corridor and in the other rooms, as this is basically just a flat with old doors. We recommend to stay somewhere else!
Pasquale is an excellent host, really helpful. The location is great, just a few meters from the vatican museums and the st. Peter square.
Nothing, everything was great.
