All you can eat food/water Very clean facilities Comfortable bed Location close to downtown Milano
Shared bathroom No TV Mostly sugary breakfast food
Everything it's good
A little bit far from metro.but it's ok for me
New furniture and decorations, modern style. As for me, the breakfast is good+ (without meat). Little far from the centre, but metro station is very close to hotel.
There are not a TV and bar in the room (there is a refrigerator in shared kitchen). This is not a hotel, this is like apartments. You have to contact with staff before arriving!
Nice staff, newly furnished, IKEA style with kitchen. Breakfast/snacks are 24-hour served. 5 mins to the Metro station.
It's value for money, friendly staff, very comfy and clean bedroom and bathroom. Good breakfast and dining room just perfect (microwave and small refrigerator, which i won't find in a hotel room).
Best place to stay.
Really Nice staff. Very Good value for money
Very helpful host, very nice facility. Like snacks and drinks you can have it for free.
A bit far from train station and attractions, but you can easily take metro nearby to go everywhere.
In hindsight, it was a great place to stay. Breakfast was great. You could take any snacks or water as you needed it.
This was our first experience with an Italian B&B. We didn't know that there was no such thing as an actual lobbyist. We were lucky someone got there around the same time as us and and had a phone that worked. Once you get inside the building, you can't get out without a key!!
Great value for money. The staff was super-nice and helpful. Very close to the subway station and universita' Statale.
Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean rooms
Everything was good
In Milano at Stefan's B&B Everithing was all right !
Hospitable host, very helpful. Comfortable room, good facilities. Pantry is nice, laundry service is a good plus. Everything is excellent.
The location is not near train station neither to Duomo etc main sights. Have to take metro for sights seeing.
Apartment was exceptionally clean and in a very nice area of milan with easy access to all the main focal points of the city. Staff were incredibly friendly and courtios and really made our short stay a welcome one.
Nothing, they have obviously travelled and understand the requirements of travelers whether it be for business or leisure.
I stayed with Errepì Milan Piola for just one night, tone honest, just for transfer. But when I got to know this lovely place, I found I was completely wrong. Location: Errepì Milano Piola locates nest the university, which is a quite, comfortable and safe nebourhood. 5-minutes walking to the metro station, easily connecting to the duomo, the shopping area, the Milano central station and Codorna station, where you get take the express line to malpensa airport. There are two supermarkets , where you can buy food, beverage and everything you need at a good price. On the way from the metro station to the BB, you will find a lot of bars and cafes, where you can have drinks or a quick bite. BTW, I highly recommend cafe Piola and milorno. Here, the dinner cab be really late, if you want something to eat before nine, go to Milorno, where the happy hour only costs 8 euro and offers great food. Back to errepi Milano Piola, it is a simple but cozy place, neat and clean, young travelers' first choice I believe. I was traveling alone and on a bu, so I chos e to stay in the room with an external bathroom. The bathroom is very clean. And all my neighbours are young and well educated people. The dining room is bright with colors and with a huge map on the wall where you can find travelers from all round the world leaving their massages. The refrigerator is always piled with yogurt, apples, butter, juice, cereal and the bread. There are coffee maker and bottled water, and you can always help yourself. In the evening, the owner, Stefan's came in person to see whether everything is ok. He is really nice, speaking perfect English. So, if you have any question, do not hesitate to come to him. The BB and the neighborhood are so lovely that I don't even want to leave. To my surprise, Milano is a city of surprises. if you like shopping, i suggest you stay here for at least 2 or 3 nights. You wont regret.
My favorite place I stayed in in Italy. Other places try to pull off a clean and modern design and fail miserably. This place does it right. The rooms are spacious, and there's a great common room that's incredibly welcoming and stocked with juice, water, and snacks all day. I was egregiously late for my check-in on a late flight, and I got myself lost trying to find the place. There I was, looking like a tourist with all my luggage... at 1am at night... in the rain... with no clue which direction to turn to. I finally called the front desk, and Stefan picked up and told me to wait where I was. A few minutes later, he shows up in a car and picks me up out of the rain. Thank you, Stefan: you saved my life!
Very cozy and stylish, clean and close to the city centre. Breakfast was also pretty good
Staff isn't always at the desk, so you'd better call or text in advance about your arrival, though it's not really a big problem
Location close to Piola uderground. Nice rooms with high roof. Clean.
The noise through doors - this was due to other guests
After one week spent in various locations in austria switzerland and italy, this was the cheapest and best accomodation we had. Nice clean, friendly, great WiFi, everything as it should be.
Lovely staff who were very accommodating. Spacious rooms with very comfortable bed and balcony.
Shared bathroom with one other double room so cleanliness very user dependent!
My adult daughter and I stayed at R&B on a overnight in Milan. We were given excellent directions and arrived early from our flight from the US. We were able to get into our room, and have a snack from the communal breakfast room. The young woman on duty was very helpful and we took a short nap and were on our way to a day of sightseeing. Our room was spacious, simply decorated, and spotlessly clean. The shared bath was across the hall. The facility is in a quiet neighborhood, and just a short walk to bus line and taxi stand. We were given perfect instructions to find each. R&B also has a small breakfast, with coffee, fruit juices, yogurt, and pastries. It was perfect for quick layover or a more extended stay. Would highly recommend as great value.
The only issue was that the shower didn't drain well.
Everything was very clean. The staff is vey friendly and the rooms are nicely decorated and modern.
The breakfast is a bit poor.
Amazing!! The host was unbelievably kind and helpful. Breakfast was great, room was comfy, clean and spacious and the air condtioning worked really well. Would definitely stay there again.
Slightly far from Duomo/City Centre, but it's 5 minutes walking from a metro so it's easily accessible by the main metro lines.
