Internat acesss excellent Hotel is essentially package holiday hotel. Very poor value for money. Room was small and shared with family of large millipeeds. Does not live up to the website description. Room had no view. Was booked for a week but left after 2 days. Staff very unhelpful. Breakfast was poor quality food in short supply. Overall a bad experience - avoid this hotel.

The location is ideal for a holiday in the Chianti region. It is half way between Siena and Florence on a hilltop surrounded by tuscan views. It is close enough to Radda so you don't have to eat at the hotel restaurant which is not at all special. The architecture is very nice both on the inside and on the outside. Although it is clearly a modern building they kept the traditional stone exterior and the terra- cota tiles and wooden ceiling for the interior. The furniture was also very nice made out of real wood no substitutes and in a original authentic style. On the downside the breakfast was one of the worst me and my wife ever experienced. In a such a gourmet region like Tuscany one would expect much more then: a single type of ham (the most ordinary supermarket type), a single type of salami (also very poor quality in region renowned for it's salamis), very bad onlet (the bottled or eggs type which we found strange in the countryside hotel), no vegetables whatsoever, some fruits, some mozzarella (but without any cherry tomatoes or basil or olive oil it was also tasteless). Also the service for the breakfast was unlike the service for the hotel. Everyday there were tables which were not cleaned in time so you had to stand and wait for someone to clean them in order to be seated, there were either plates, or glasses or forks there were missing so you also had to wait for them to be refilled.

Very bad bed, like they took the cheapest mattresses they could find. Half of the door covered in spider rag, but was not cleaned during our whole stay of 4 days.. Under the desk, next to the couch and in the corners there were dust bunnies, so cleaning was really not done properly. Hotel rooms could use some painting as well... Location is nice if you don't want to go away from the hotel.. For day trips this is not recommended.. Airconditioning makes a very annoying loud ticking sound when on, so had to turn it off during the night. In any case, way too expensive for what it is...

We liked everything about it! Every morning the receptionist Andreas was a great help. He patiently answered all our queries about where to go and how to get there. He was more than analytical in his directions. We will definitely stay there if we are lucky enough to go to Chianti region again!

Wow. What an amazing hotel! Design, room, food, free happy hour, view, pool, spa. The hotel is designed so beautifully: lobby is equipped with large comfortable sofas and free internet desktop (and free wifi). Garden next by is also amazing. The bar in between them offers lots of finger food for free when you buy a drink between 1800 to 2100. The room is very comfortable: amazing view to the lake, Spa shower equipped with Radio. Breakfast is good with lovely breakfast room. Some of the staff aren't the nicest. For example: There was a problem with the sewer, outside the hotel (by the restaurant downstairs). This generated an incredibly bad smell, almost unbearable in the room. The staff at the reception (a russian woman which I don't remember her name) insisted to come and smell for her self. Once she understood the atrocity she agreed we moved, but offered probably the worst room in the hotel. After we moved, we noticed this was a flowing phenomenon, thus asked to return to our original room (All happened within an hour). Instead of apologizing for this entire event, she made us guarantee to her we won't ask to move again, as if we broke her trouble- free night shift.

This hotel is superb and has breathtaking views. We had a beautiful time here, I would stay there entirely again anytime. Close to the center of Radda In Chianti it is conveniently located, I highly recommend it. Easy drive to Siena and Florence and other neighboring Tuscan towns.

The staff were very accommodating when we arrived and helpfully explained aspects of our package and made arrangements for all our restaurant, spa and wine tasting requirements. We stayed at Radda for 4 nights of our honeymoon and it was the perfect place to relax and feel pampered and our room was very spacious, feeling more like a suite. the spa and well being centre were fantastic and we were pleasantly surprised by the prices in the restaurant and bar. As we chose to eat at the hotel some nights to avoid having to drive into Radda town, it was great that the hotel restaurant wasn't overpriced and nice that the menu changed daily. Special thanks go to Andrea on reception and Chiara in the restaurant for making us feel so welcome. We could easily have stayed another week! Will definitely recommend... The only thing I can think of was that we didn't have a view of the countryside from our room, but you can't have it all!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at My One Hotel Radda. It is an excellent hotel with very friendly staff who demonstrated a willingness to help in any situation. Our room was exactly as described and the breakfast buffet (included) was more than enough to start the day. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Tuscan region.

beautiful views and a lovely hotel with a great pool and wellness centre the location is a bit remote and it was quite hard to get a taxi to even go into Radda which was a 2k walk away which is OK but not in 35 degree heat! also no free water and only one option for lunch with was 15 euros.

Fabulous location and a lovely hotel, clean and very modern. We had a well furnished bedroom and bathroom, a pleasure to come back to after being out in the sun touring Chianti. The swimming pool was clean and well tended and looked wonderful in the evening the colours changing in the water as it was going dark, very romantic. Breakfast was good with a good variety of produce although we had a staff issue. Restaurant nice but needed more atmosphere, but there are plenty of other restaurant choices in Rada a short distance away by car. The lounge area and bar are really nice and the girl who works this area was so pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this hotel . Some of the staff at breakfast needed customer service training. One woman was quite hostile, we felt like we were being a nuisance when we asked for an expresso it arrived late and luke warm. Very cold dry scrambled eggs on the buffet table and we were at breakfast early. I asked for fresh and a plate of egg from the dish already out was taken away, warmed up brought back to my table but not before this same member of staff stuck her finger in it to see if it was now warm. Needless to say it wasn't eaten. We did report this to the reception manager, such bad service can spoil the start of a day. Such a shame because everything else was so good.

Relaxing, quiet, well located, panoramic landscape, large parking lot, friendly staff, large and cosy apartments, pool and spa, affordable prices. In the middle of real Tuscany ( North Tuscany) with all possibilities of hanging around ( only by car) between Siena and Firenze, Arezzo and Montalcino, etc. Same things offered at breakfast without any single variations. Otherwise correct but rather frustrating if you stay over 2-3 days. Dinner menu consists of just few options that once served are not exactly what Tuscany truly can offer.... Wine tasting great but again that is no wonder as it is Toscana after all !
