The views were stunning and the swimming pool gorgeous. The barman was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing a wine! The walls were a bit thin |

It is a modern hotel Tuscan style in lovely countryside. Good situation for excursions to Siena, Florence, Castellina, Panzona, Greve etc. Staff were all very friendly, especially Chiara at reception. Pool area was nice and not overcrowded and very relaxing after our daytrips to various nearby towns, market, vineyards. Restaurant was good too at the usual Tuscan prices: € 9.00 for anti pasti, €9.00 for first and € 12.00 to € 16.00 for main course. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. The shower was rather small. Breakfast was always a bit disorganised: something was always missing - cups, plates, cutlery, scrambled eggs. Same for getting drinks from the bar in the evening. Not one single staff present. We always had to go to reception and somebody was called. However, most times there were four waiters in the restaurant standing around as the dinner guest had not arrived. My husband was astonished that his Gin Tonic was always served in a different style of glass i.e. wine glass, tumbler, water glass...though the price was o.k. at € 6.00. Inspite of these problems I liked the hotel but it could be so much better with a bit more managerial control and imagination. |

I liked the location near the beautiful city of Radda in Chianti. The room was very nice and clean. We liked the loby's fresh design and the relaxing atmosphere. Also the pool and the spa area. The staff was very helpful and nice. For those of you who want to book a room, it's important to mention that not all the rooms have view.. So if you want a room with a view you should note that in the booking. There's a restaurant that serves dinner at the hotel, but it's quite expensive and I don't think it's worth it. |

Location in Tuscany is absolute perfect. Breakfast was poor. Bad service from breakfast staff and never enough plates, glasses and cutlery. A bit disappointing for such a nice hotel. |

The location is perfect. The Chianti region is the best location of Tuscany. Breakfast. Very unorganized with not enough staff to cope. A bit disappointing for such a nice hotel. |

The hotel was in a nice location in the countryside and it is easy from there to explore the chianti region. Breakfast was very poor, always something was missing and the staff wasn't very helpful in replacing what was already used. The staff that prepared the coffee was very rude. There are a lot of things that should be improved to become a standard 4-star hotel. |

Very lovely hotel at first site, beautiful entrance, magnificent view, ... . almost unbelievable surroundings ! ... well thats it ! Were will i start ... de staff was terrible, there is totaly no leadership in this hotel !! Everyone is just running around with no purpase. The snacks you can have by the pool are just terrible !! (I think they know because you have to pay before you even saw your food) the 'spa" , ... well very expensive, streamers in the indisde pool didn't work. There is totaly no staff by the pool or in the "spa" all day. They are short on staff !! thats one thing i can say! Beds were very stugg. You lay on a matras and a woodpanel. not so good for your spine... When leavin' the hotel they didn't even ask how your stay, did you have a goodtime, was everything oke? Now nothing like that. Just Pay and beybey. |

My wife and I liked most things about the hotel. The attractive building fits in well in with the traditional Tuscan architecture. The room was beautiful, worthy of appearing in magazines showing modern elegance. The countryside was terrific, great for challenging hikes and romantic walks. And the staff were not only friendly and helpful but also warm. The water in the pool was freezing. Please get one of those passive solar systems to warm it up. Also, the chef uses too much olive oil in the food. We like olive oil, but he really overdoes it. We had a barley soup that looked green from the olive oil in it. But that is a minor complaint. The pool is much more important. The cold water made it uninviting. |

The hotel was very comfortsble, excellent rooms and faclities, nice breakfast. The restaurant was over priced and the food was horrible no real choice. The wine was totally over priced considering the region the hotel is located. The hotel is located outside the town, do need your own transport. |

The staff was very gracious and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the views of the surrounding countryside are breathtaking. The rods in the closet for hanging clothes were much too high and out of reach for women, Americans also like chest of srawers for clothes. |

Fantastic location, wonderful views, lovely building and facilities. It is a very relaxing and laid back place. Staff seemed a bit thin on the ground, albeit very friendly. Some of them were not particularly switched on (serving staff at breakfast) |

Set on the magnificent rolling Tuscan Hills, this resort features a stunning landscape and is surrounded by a private park with 2 swimming pools. |
If you are looking for a relaxing break in a peaceful location where the only sound is the birds singing, Villa Sant’Uberto is perfect. |
