My One Hotel Radda    

The staff were helpful with travelling suggestions and other restaurants to try.

I repeatedly requested the temp to be lowered in our room - it was controlled from front desk and was set between 25 and 28 degrees. It didn't happen and we were constantly over heated. It couldn't be turned off either... so we were uncomfortable.

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Nicely laid out hotel. Food and wine was very good. Views were excellent. Very clean.

The lighting in the room was very poor. It was difficult to read and see in the mirror at night. Get some proper lights. Apart from the bar, the seating area was part of the reception and one felt one was waiting in a hotel reception rather than relaxing in part of the hotel.

Not room category we booked. Two exhibitions distracted our holiday. Hotel business hotel and nothing more.poor breakfast.have to Pay for cappucino! Extra costs for spa! Not close to my expectations and what discribed on www!

Thought it was closer than it actually was to town of Radda.

Good location, friendly staff, great view, nice pool, nice bar, relaxing atmosphere, perfect breakfast.

Car park could be more efficient / bigger. Now you can park your car in front of the hotel or on the 'roadside'-type parking that is very dark when you arrive late in the evening and is one level below the hotel. Also: no roadsigns indicate the hotel. other hotels do have big signs, but when you don't know, you just drive by the hotel entrance...

The staff was very helpful and the place was beautiful. Perched on a hillside, we had amazing views of the vineyards. Wifi was good and the happy hour was fun time to associate with others. Removed from the city center

It was ok. Simple, clean and without much character. Nice lounge area at night. Good parking. Views are spectacular. Newer property. Kids would love it.

Absolutely no character. I could've been anywhere in the world. Chianti has too much to offer to waste you time at a bland property. No ac before May. It was hot and uncomfortable at night. Shower sprays all over the floor. Rooms are small. Breakfast was the most simple I had during my whole Italian stay.

location lay out of the hotel staff is too cold, poor english

the hotel was exactly as pictured on the web site. awesome location and a great drive though the Tuscan hills to arrive at the hotel. the food was excellent and so was the wine. great and helpful staff. No Italian, no problem. we had a junior suite with a balcony and it was really nice. From this location we visited Siena, Florence and Greve. it is just a couple of kilometers from Radda.

We loved our time at My One Hotel Radda. We were there for 5 nights and really got to know the wonderful town of Radda and the surrounding area. The staff were incredibly attentive and informative with recommendations for local restaurants and helping out with improving our italian! The facility was beautiful, our room was big, clean and comfortable!

Big rooms, great view, nice staff

The hot pool should be hotter. Breakfest- it took almost 20 mins. to bring more scrambled eggs, we waited 10 mins. to have clean plates. The view from outside is great, but needs more shades there to feel more comfortable.

We stayed only one night with a group of friends that my husband and I were travelling with and everyone loved this hotel. Too bad the stay was so short. It is a lovely property with a beautiful pool. We'd love to go back!

Signage on the road to Radda in Chianti leading to the hotel should be better. We could not find it at first, even with the GPS co-oridinates.

Very nice hotel with a panoramic view. It is a good starting point to excursions in Toscany Chianti region.

Book only this hotel if you will travel by car as the hotel is 1 km far from Radda.b

Good location, nice facilities

I was given a handicapped room with no warning and was not able to change it. In spite of its advertising to the contrary, the hotel has no fitness center.

Some members of staff not particularly customer-friendly.

It's very hard to find at first because name of the hotel was not the same!! The hotel is good,the view is excellent..breakfast can be improved but it's ok.

The hotel design and room space

Very goed value for money (based on reduced booking.com price) with fantastic location and view down to the city of Radda. Modern comfort in charming Tuscany style and panoramic view. Good if you have to accommodate a group.

Some people of our group complained about recurrent noise in the morning (by service personal) but this seem to be restricted on one wing of the hotel. Personally I cannot complain about any noise.

El lugar tiene una vista excelente: La Toscana! El hotel es confortable, dan ganas de quedarse más tiempo, yo solo estuve tres días! E spa muy relajante igual que la piscina exterior

Le agregaría un gimnasio o centro de fitness. Todo el resto ok.
