Nice suites & bathrooms not bad value for Milan

Sometimes long waits at reception. The room was very hot & took hours to cool, only really bcz outside cooled around midnight. Being told that it was not possible to put the A/C on as the commune of Milano forbids it until mid June was frankly a lie.

Very comfortable and quiet room. Excellent price for a hotel which is usually much more expensive. Good resonably priced restaurants nearby.

Typical sterile business hotel. Ridiculous prices for extras such as breakfast and mini bar (5€ for a small bottle of coke!). Not a very beautiful area of town.

Food And Large room

Very bad condition of pool ,cold sauna, cold steam room, no slippers,all locers damaged , no keys or broken faucets and shower units, SPA center even better in 2 stars hotels.

Love the hotel nice and quite.

The pool was too cold it is mean't to be warmer and hotel is 25mins out of city Centre(the cathedral).

standard radisson hotel, breakfast not good not bad

took 1 hour to get into my room, during which I was given new keycards three times only after my third visit to the reception the staff admitted they had a problem took them another 30 minutes to bring an extra bed for the child, who was asleep by then and the crib was dirty bad managed

sofa in suit was dirty when i checked in .... they charged 90 euro when i checked out for extra cleaning ?? for thier dirty sofa !! i do not advise this hotel for family with young kids because they will charge for some thing called ( extra cleaning )??

Hotel is really nice and clean. Size of the room was OK and I liked the design. Breakfast was delicious.

It is located little bit far from the city centre. Water in the swimming pool was quite cold.

When I had cold water (was a problem in that part of the hotel) the first day I was moved to another room and I even got an upgrade to a suite.

They put a blocker on our debit card for the payment for our stay when we arrived - that's fine. However, once we had paid at the end of our stay, and checked out, the blocker continued for a further 3 days! Meaning I couldn't access my own bloody money. I spent 10 minutes on the phone to the 0845 number to my bank to lift the blocker to be told they could lift it. GREEEATTTT. So I then had to call the hotel - in milan (another pricey call) to get them to lift it so that I could access the 300 quid that they are hiding away..... Ridiculous.

very far away from city center - bad transportation to downtown implolite staff :( hotel old - pool with lot of clorine, doesn't look good!

I would like to single out Bruno at the reception, as very very helpful, and extremely friendly.

25€ for breakfast.... Come on :o)

Restaurant service was good. Quality of food was poor.

The decor and services. Our room was very spacious and extremely clean. Decor was modern and attractive, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was extra large and elegant. There was a lot of choice for breakfast. It was very reasonably priced.

The hotel has a suburban location away from the centre of the city. There is a train station nearby but is not very clean or welcoming.

The facilities were rather variable, room comfortable.

They asked my credit card for insurence and take off extra 100 euro without informing me.

Room was exceptional, large and clean. Nice bathroom, also enough space with a separate shower and bath. There was a gym, pool and a wellness area, everything of very good quality. The hotel staff was very friendly.

Although I knew it, it was a good half hour by tram to downtown Milan.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Good wifi signal and nice gym area. Room service and all other facilities are available. I stayed at a suit, the room was big and comfortable. Nice small bar and restaurant .

Location is not for everyone. If this hotel was in downtown then the price will be higher, therefore , you have to give something to gain something else. The room rates are good compared to the size and facilities, but you have to take a taxi to reach downtown ( an average of 10euro )
