Location - close to Fair & city & autostrade. Small pokey room, no air-con. Had to keep windows open and put up with noise from street. Area becomes a bit dodgy at night. |

The bathroom was very big and comfortable. The location is fairly good, depending on what are you doing in Milan. The room is tiny and not very comfortable. There are no smoking rooms. Parking the car might present a problem, as they are closed for some 3 hours during the day. |

The staff were quite unhelpful when I enquired about the shuttle bus to the fairgrounds- they told me to go to East entrance when the bus actually travelled to and from the South entrance and they couldn't tell me what number or name to look for on the bus! |

Cleanliness of the room was excelent, good location (not far to highway and also to the center of the city), polite stuff. Breakfast should be better (not enough warm dishes), parking could be problem. |

It was a good average hotel with very kind and helpful staff. The walls are a bit thin, we could hear clearly all phone call discussion of our neighbour but we were so tired after the city trip, that does not matter too much. Bathroom was very clear, room size was normal and comfortable. Not the hotel, that I love and will choose every time I go to Milan, but can recommend for anyone once for a weekend. |

cleanness perfact, very good breakfast, good location, not far away from the city centre and easy to catch public transport. The reception staff can do much better with a smile on their face rather then look boring and sleepy. |

Hotel Raffaello offered good rates, plus there was the Convienence, good breakfasts. Pleasant, cheerful hotel with renovated interior wood floors, bright lighting, etc. Small, efficient and comfortable rooms served well. I also used the gym a couple of times. It was easy to make a reservation through Booking.com. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone. Breakfasts did not start at 7am, a group of us conference goers was always waiting for 5-10 minutes each time. Actually, I would recommend the breakfast could have been offered starting at 6am. |

good location, walking distance from San Siro stadium - about 4 km, but it is faster then with auto because of traffic jams small elevator, in one of our rooms AC doesn't work as it must |

Its price, quiet and silence area, and the helping regarding football matches. The location was way far from the center and the station, and wasn't near to the Football stadium in a walking distance aspect as it was expected. |

Room was clean, surprisingly quiet although in a very busy street. Distance to the San Siro Stadium must have been miscalculated when 2 km was stated...tram connection on Sunday was erratic. |

Everything was perfect. I think it's one of the best value for money hotels. We stayed there for 72€/night. Breakfast buffet is complete. Their Internet charges are quite high. |

It was very convenient for our 3 day stay to see Milan, and the tram service to and from the city centre was very efficient. The room was comfortable. The door card system was very easy to use. The gym was a nice bonus to use and the breakfast choice was excellent |

No comment spent less than 12 hours in the hotel most of the time sleeping. As hotels go it was fine for business trip. |
