It gets a bit noisy during the mornings but it's obvious due to the centric area.

The apartment was beautiful! Very clean, comfortable, spacious and centrally located. The staff were lovely, especially Carla! Would definitely stay here again!

Seeing the hotel from outside might be a bit shocking but u can easily get used to it. The manager of the hotel came down personally to great us. He showed us around the room and gave us a local map explaining the whereabouts. The room was very clean, spacious. With all the extras: Fridge, cooker, nespresso machine, TV, hairdryer. All the cutleries . Very close walking distance to the Vatican and only 5 to 10mins by taxi to Colloseo. There is some local restaurants, and under the hotel, there is a small rest, owner's name angelo, he does the best pizzas for very cheap. I would definitely go back there.

Can be hard to spot from the road, no obvious signage. Parking can be difficult but this is the same for all of Rome and not the accommodations fault.

We loved the place and the outstanding assistance: warm atmosphere and the bravissima Carla always helpful. Raffaello Charmsuites became our loyal option whenever staying in Rome.

The room, the coffee-machine, the snacks and drinks, which were life-saver as I could not get out on night.

Some English-speaking TV channels would have been nice, as I was ill and had to spend a lot of time in the room. Some guide material for Rome in the room.

We have nothing but nicest things to say about the facilities and the staff especially Carla. Would stay again at the same place without a doubt.

This is a beautifully designed self contained bedroom with kitchenette area. The decor is very chic and stylish and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is in a good location, a short walk from Piazza Navona and surrouned by some lovely narrow street (which have lots of shops/cafes/restaurants) etc. I would highly recommend.

Nothing of significance. Our room looked on to the road, which did mean that you could hear the traffic noise, but it wasn't significant. Certainly not a reason to not stay here!

Very comfortable and interestingly designed apartment. Extremely clean and in a good location on the St Angelo Bridge ten minutes walk from The Vatican.

We were only two, so it was great for us, but three adults would find it uncomfortably small.

Location is the best in downtown. Very comfortable and fashion design. All the services are perfect. We've appreciate a lot the small kitchen in room: stylish and useful.

The room was a good size, it was cozy, lighting was good, modern interior, private, close to nice restaurants and attractions.

I enjoyed very much the reception, the room, spacious, clean, noiseless, and very comfortable. All was as described if not better.

I would say nothing. All is fine. Just not consider the outside of the bulding and the elevator and stairs, which does not look so great, while the Suites are really very very good.

Perfekte Lage, großes und schönes Zimmer. Kein typisches Hotel, da seltenst jemand an der Rezeption sitzt. Sehr individuell in einem Wohnhaus.

Tyst och lugnt läge. Fanns luftkonditionering. Personal hade satt lite i kylskåpet när vi kom det var mycket trevligt. Nära till alla sevärdheter.

Heel goede ontvangst en prima faciliteiten. Laat je niet verontrusten door de buitenkant, en (eenmaal binnen) de gang naar de lift van het gebouw. Het ziet er verschrikkelijk uit maar eenmaal binnengetreden in de receptie van Raffaello Charmsuites weet je direct dat je luxe kan verwachten. De kamers zijn prima met alle luxe en een regendouche. De nespresso-machine staat klaar en de minibar is opgevuld en kan gratis gebruikt worden. Kortom heel goed!

Enkel de grote kamer aan de straatkant is ietwat gevoelig aan lawaai, maar een laatste drankje kan hieraan wel verhelpen ;-)

Localização, conforto. Perto de restaurantes, mini mercado e padaria. Estacionei em frente todos os dias sem problema. Pertissimo do vaticano e castelo santangelo. Caminhada a pé pelas praça navona até a Fontana de trevi. Ponto de ônibus turístico próximo q leva ao coliseu...

Barulho c janela aberta (nada q desprestigiasse o lugar)/ normal p uma capital.
