The room is comfortable and clean, but is far from a 4 star. There are free bus to the historic center. There is enough parking for all guests. So you may have to leave the car in the street, paying for parking.

Garage and nice terace Stuff are not kind, breakfast poor, small bathrooms, furniture in rooms from seventies, there is no handshower in bathroom, far from the city center and shutllebus rides only in the morning and in the afternoon... I think it does not worth for four stars and it should be cheaper.

Недалеко от центра. Удобно для путешествующих на авто (парковка бесплатная). Скудный завтрак как и везде в италии. Недалеко расположен госпиталь и машины скорой помощи с неимоверным шумом сирен ездят мимо всю ночь.

disponibilità del personale - abbondante buffet prima colazione - parcheggio gratuito nella struttura - vicinanza mezzi pubblici struttura ristrutturata recentemente, ma il livello di camera e bagno non giustificano le 4 stelle

El hotel muy chulo gran recepcion, el bar del desayuno con piano y todo.... La habitacion, todo correcto una triple amplia, no les quedaban cuádruples. Parking gratis. ( si hay plazas) Esta un poco alejado del centro. 15' en autobús urbano.

La camera era molto spaziosa, in realtà erano 2 camere ognuna con il suo bagno, veramente comodissima per una famiglia con bambini. La struttura é vecchia e avrebbe bisogno di qualche ritocco ma l'unico vero problema é stata la temperatura, nei corridoi era caldissimo ma all'interno della camera faceva freddo e non siamo riusciti a scaldar la nemmeno tenendo acceso il condizionatore ( vecchissimo) tutta la notte.

Non c'è il garage o posto auto come invece segnalato, se sapevo che era una "bufala" non andavo a Firenze in auto, fra l'altro non c'è modo di parcheggiare neanche a pagamento!!!!! Tutto per residenti. Lo staff del raffaello si è arrampicato sugli specchi dicendo che in realtà il parcheggio c'è ma era pieno, abbiamo provato in orari diversi ma era sempre chiuso, in relatà non c'era modo di accedere al garage dell'hotel.

le cameriere del bar parking auto menzionato...non esistente o quantomeno insufficente. bus navetta menzionato inesistente o quantomeno 1 corsa sola alle 9 entrata in camera :alle 12,00 in realta non prima delle 14
