Cleanliness there were 2 mattresses on the double bed making it uncomfortable to sleep with a child, there was a vehicle which would drop you at the station but would not pick up, also when you check out you need to take a taxi, the hotel vehicle would not drop you. Taxi costs around 12-17 euros for one side. |

The position close to the Careggi hospital, the free shuttle to the central station, cleanliness of the room and the friendly lady serving breakfast. The small bathroom (small shower and bad functioning), the high temperature in the room and hall, the fact that I could hear everything was happening in the rooms next to me and outside! |

Non ho apprezzato nulla particolarmente. Ma perlomeno non ho avuto brutte sorprese e tutto si è assestato sulla sufficienza. Il personale alla reception, mediamente, non è stato "comunicativo" (per la verità ha faticato anche a salutare) |

La disponibilità degli addetti al ricevimento ed il bus navetta per il centro che evita di doverci andare in macchina o in autobus. |

Le confort, la propreté et le calme!!! Très bel hotel avec personnel aimable vraiment ravi, domage que le ^petit déjeuné ne soit pas plus varié. L'hotel est très beau à l'intérieur mais il parait très vieux à l'extérieur et laissé à l'abandon quand on le voit de la rue |
