Cleanliness there were 2 mattresses on the double bed making it uncomfortable to sleep with a child, there was a vehicle which would drop you at the station but would not pick up, also when you check out you need to take a taxi, the hotel vehicle would not drop you. Taxi costs around 12-17 euros for one side. |

The location at the "outskirts" of Florence; the free shuttle bus to and from town; good breakfast; nice neighbourhood. |

The position close to the Careggi hospital, the free shuttle to the central station, cleanliness of the room and the friendly lady serving breakfast. The small bathroom (small shower and bad functioning), the high temperature in the room and hall, the fact that I could hear everything was happening in the rooms next to me and outside! |

Bra hotell, nær flyplassen Bedre service ved innsjekking - vi ventet 20 min uten at noen tok notis av at vi var ankommet. Resepsjonisten forholdt seg kun til en kunde som var før oss og som tydeligvis hadde store problemer med sin booking.... |
