Fantastische ligging, goed ontbijt, mooie schone ruime kamers. Net een sprookje om Buiten te ontbijten !

Receptie personeel minder, incheck prima maar verdere info vragen werden snel Afgeraffeld.

Een aantal medewerkers waren zeer behulpzaam, en betrokken bij ons verblijf (dit geldt niet voor alle staff). Het hotel ligt heel erg mooi, het ontbijt is erg goed, de kamers zijn ruim en schoon (fijn bed ook). Groot balkon met mooi uitzicht. Parkeergelegenheid bij het hotel is zeer goed, ook het bijbehorende parkeerpersoneel was zeer behulpzaam.

De massage in het Wellness center was niet goed en zeker de prijs niet waard. Een gedeelte van het personeel spreekt geen engels, wat de communicatie niet altijd makkelijk maakt.

Hotelpersoneel bijzonder vriendelijk. Uitzicht vanaf het restaurant prachtig.

Kamer met uitzicht op het dorp bleek uitzicht op stenen muur te zijn. Kamer was erg klein. Geen zitje, enige stoel was een bureaustoel. Een dag slecht weer gehad met regen en storm en om dan gebruik te kunnen maken van het binnenzwembad(je) wat onderdeel uitmaakte van sauna/wellness moest €20,- extra worden betaald.

roomservice besteld maar kregen de verkeerde bestelling. Geboekt de luxe tweepersoonskamer maar leek eerder een standaardkamer, bij boeking was het allemaal met witte meubels en zitbank, groot dubbel raam maar helaas was dat niet onze kamer. Vietri sul mare is ook te ver weg als je de mooiste kant van Amalfi wil bezoeken, dan is Positano of Ravello beter gelegen.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Raito wellness and Spa. Staff were very friendly, gave us tips on different areas to sightsee and general information. The location was good as we were not too far away from autostrada. It is literally in the beginning of the amalfi coast road. So it was convenient. We did not have to lug our luggage 100 steps or more as in many small towns or pay for car park which can get quite expensive when you are parking for 4 days. . This place has a big car park and the porter got our suitcases to our room. Food was good, breakfast was so, so... They could have had more breakfast items. Anyways, most of the time we ate in different places. Overall, room comfort very good, views were breathtaking as we got a great room with a huge balcony facing the ocean. The only negative point was the temperature in the room- you can't control it. You can't turn it off, it has to be between 21- 23 deg and it was so warm at night that we had to leave the glass door slightly open and mosquitoes got in. I wish each room could control their thermostats. Great Stay otherwise.... H & k

Beautiful location with great views of the coastline. Wonderful breakfast and enjoyable breakfast room and relaing lobby with great views. Very helpful staff that spoke English and helped us enjoy our experience. They also provided a free shuttle to a local restaurant and back which was appreciated, since driving the cliff-hanging roads at night was thus avoided. Spaciaous parking on premises. The facility is very nice with tasteful marble and wood accents, a very nice atmosphere. Very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The room and bathroom were on the small side. The bathroom was especially small with a small shower.

The location is fantastic. Beautiful views, the grounds are well maintained, with lovely fruit trees surrounding the property.

For starters, this is not a 4.5 star property. I have stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels, and there is no way this is in the same universe. There is a total lack or professionalism on the part of the employees. They act like they are doing you a favour by hosting you. Our room, which was supposed to be in the 2nd highest category, had a 1/2 window, with the other window drywalled in, so our "seaview" was seriously limited. It wasn't until after we spoke with the manager that they moved us to another room, which actually looked like the online photo. We also never received the "welcome" fruit and wine we were anticipating. The room was nicely decorated, but the beds hard as rock. The air conditioning is controlled by the front desk. Your options within your control are between 20 and 22c. Never ever seen this in my life. Part of our room category included wifi. For 2 days this was not possible, because the printer that issued the internet passwords was not functioning. In lieu of this, we were offered 2 communal computers, located 3 floors from our room, which constantly froze up and were painfully slow. Other guests trying to use them commented on this as well. The food, and room service were a mess. Room service got every order incorrect, and one time brought only one meal out of 2. We were told things shown on the menu did not exist. I understand there may be a language barrier, but seeing as this hotel caters to tourists, it might be a good idea to have someone with better knowledge of English, which was spoken by about 3/4 of the clientele.The calibre of the food, while costly, was very average. With all the wonderful fruits and vegetables in the area, it was cafeteria like. Our best food was enjoyed off the hotel premises. Pool service was supposed to have lunch offered.

Very nice hotel,it was better choice for sure than stay in any hotel in Amalfi.Just few minutes from highway and still very quite place with great view.And close to all places we want to visit,Salerno,Neapol,Pompei,Rome.

4 days without air conditioning was unacceptable - no redress received

The staff were excellent, restaurant was excellent, the pool and spa were excellent.

The rooms of the newly built Sirein area are spacious and well decorated. Our room (also at the Sirein area) however had some big stains in the gypsum roof. The pool is nice and the views of the Salerno Bay are really beautifull.

Staff is nose-up, arrogant and absolutelly unhelpfull. We sayed in plain summer and the air-conditioning system was not working properly. Our room tempetature was around 25 degrees centigrades at night, which is to hot to me. I had to buy a fan to be able to sleep. Despite my constant complains I was never contacted by Daniele (the director) that completely disregarded our problem. Our laundry took 3 days to return, and probaby only arrived because we complained. Enough only to take the clean clothes back home. We had to wash some T-Shirts by ourselves as we didn't have clean ones anymore, ridiculous... In the day we rented a boat our son was sleepy in the morning and did not want to take breakfast so we requested a container to bring some food to him and it was denied to us. WiFi is only available @ public areas of the hotel but not @ the pool. The towels are changed just once per day even if they are wet. So if you want to take two or three baths per day to get rid of clorine from pool or salt from sea, be prepared to use wet towels or request a dry one and wait aroud 20 minutes for them to arrive! Definitely this is not a five star hotel....

The spa was fabulous and our room cozy

The fitness center was outdoors and it was cold and rainy most of the time we were there so it was closed. The hotel receptionists knew very little about trips around or near Raito. They just kept calling the travel agents office, which was closed for the Easter holiday. They didn't even have a ferry schedule for Capri for us to use or at least didn't offer one to us.

Las vistas del hotel son espectaculares, ya sea desde la piscina y desde las terrazas, que están cómodamente equipadas para poder estar allí. El hotel tiene free parking que lo hace también muy cómodo.

El spa era simple y la atención fue muy mala. No habia nadie para recibirnos y tuvimos que tocar el timbre y esperar. Luego la persona desapareció y no la vimos más. La piscina tenia el agua fría y sucia, había muchos pelos y particulas. La tv no tenía canales en inglés y en los cinco días que estuve no lo arreglaron. A pesar se haberlo solicitado.

Colazione non all'altezza (poca scelta, carenza di prodotti dietetici e di frutta fresca).

la gentile accoglienza, il servizio in camera e la qualità della struttura il tutto condito da una posizione invidiabile.

Vanno comunque evidenziate alcune lacune: Nella SPA va posizionato un orologio nelle zone piscina e relax. Nella piscina va riparato l'idromassaggi della zona seduta. In camera, l'apparato TV è quadrato e non consente la visione completa dell'immagine che risulta tagliata nei due lati SX e DX.

Ottima la posizione e l'accoglienza, pulizia e sensazione di pulizia dappertutto.

I prezzi sono accettabili in presenza di offerte e pacchetti. Servizio wifi scadente e laborioso, da lasciar perdere.

La struttura è bellissima , dotata di ogni confort. Camere pulite ed equipaggiate. Magnifico terrazzino vista mare con piante di gelsomino. Lo staff è gentilissimo. Buongiorno e buonasera ad ogni passaggio. Alla reception massima disponibilità per il late ceck out.

Per accedere alla SPA siamo passati dall'ingresso. Per noi nessun problema ma a qualcuno potrebbe far fastidio girare in accappatoio per l'albergo

O atendimento do staff do hotel é excelente, todos estão sempre bem humorados e prontos a nos atender. Os garçons são super atenciosos e gentis. O spa é ótimo e bem equipado. Muito adequado é o transporte gratuito na van do hotel até Vietri Sul Maré.
