hôtel excellent - rapport qualité, prix bon - personnel de l' hôtel très sympathique - petit déjeuner bien servi sous forme de buffet - chambre spacieuse, propre, au calme - bus en face de l' hôtel toutes les 30 minutes pour aller au centre de bologne (3km) - bref je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour affaires ou tourisme |

Hôtel peu éloigné du centre historique de Bologne, avec lignes de bus à proximité. Très pratique. Qualité de service(accueil, insonorisation, équipement) et propreté de la chambre irréprochables. |

Staff were very helpful and polite. The rooms were modern and spacious and included coffee and tea making facilities. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Access to down town Bologna is easy. All in all very good value. |

The hotel is easy to reach, it has a private parking, the interieurs are clean, there is an Internet point in the lobi. Around the private parking there is no trees, so there is almost no shadow to park car under it. |

Staff very friendly, nice bathroom, good breakfast for this hotel category, convenient position for car travelers No minibar (but water available in the room and lobby bar opened till late), some smell of rubber in the room, very noisy, especially room doors |

1)The staff were extremely helpful and friendly - in particular Laura & Andrea on reception and Giovanna & Rosa in dining area. Nothing was too much trouble for any member of staff. 2)The fact that there was a bus stop immediately outside the main entrance to the hotel with a bus that took you directly into Bologna centre every 20/30 mins for 1 euro. 1)The wardrobes were not really adequate for a weeks' stay - however, a large wardrobe was delivered to our room on request which was fine! 2) Provision of milk - either fresh or dried - could have been provided in the room for use with tea/coffee making facilities provided, although fresh milk was supplied from the bar area on request. |

Reseptionist was very helpfull with tips about the area and some local restaurants. No airconditioner in the rooms. |

It was exactly what we needed: a clean, quiet room, with nice breakfast and comfortable bed. The receptionist that check-us in was really friendly and we'd like to thank her. Coffee was not good. For Italy it was really disappointing. The atmosfear in the lobby could be improved: there was too much light and no music. It's always good to enjoy a glass of wine in a cosy atmosfear after a long day walking in the city. It was also a bit far from the city center and a bit complicate to get there. Night transportation would have been nice. |

Nice, good taste and clean place. The kitchen was closed at lunch time and no cold snacks were available at lunch time or after dinner. One would need to walk to the nearest trattoria -- 1/2km and the walk was not so pretty. |
