Ramada Malpensa  

The staff was friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was convient and timely. Continental breakfast was wonderful with a wide variety of options.

The hotel's restaurant serves very a limited selection of food, and most of it is not at all enjoyable to eat.

The staff was very courteus and extremely friendly. Our room was very comfortable with a king sized bed and a large bathroom that was well stocked with towels and toiletries. The overall atmospsphere of the hotel was very business like and relaxing.

We ate at their restaurant and the service was extremely slow. It took 2 hurs to complete a 2 course meal.

It was within 10 or 15 minutes to Malpensa airport but you could not hear any airplane or traffic noise. The rooms were very big and air conditioned.

The internet was down the entire time and I could not send important messages, print a boarding pass, or skype family for pickup in seattle. They said it was an intermittent problem due to a thunderstorm and their computers were down too. My impression of this hotel is that they have a good infrastructure, but need upgrades. All the hallway carpet was a stained red and needed replacement. The hallways smelled of mildew and smoke possibly since people opened the hallway doors and smoked at the entrances. The room smelled fine.

Phone was not working in my room and aircodition , they should pay attention for rooms electrical sercices

This place is a find. In the middle of nowhere there is a place with terrific staff, great kitchen and comfortable facilities. Highly recommended

Located 15 minutes from the Milan airport. The staff was on hand 24 hours, spoke English, and were very pleasant, which is unusual for an airport hotel staff in Europe in my opinion.

People in charge were kind, helpful and were speaking english so it was very easy to communicate with them. The shuttle service was excellent. The rooms were also pleasant to stay. We would definitely recommend it.

Rapport qualité prix. Volume des chambres. Propreté déco des chambres. 1/4 d'heure de l'aéroport sans être trop près pour le bruit.

Habitaciones amplias y confortables. El desayuno es completo y variado.

Eccezionale! Personale straordinariamente gentile e disponibile, proattivo, mi ha messo a disposizione un transfer gratuito per l'aeroporto, ma soprattutto mi è venuto a prendere al mio rientro. Assolutamente perfetto!
