Clean tidy with efficient personal I didnt appreciate how far from the centre of Milan it was and I didnt see how accessible it was with public transport |

We were tired when we arrived at the hotel after a 5 hour taxi ride from a ski resort and just wanted something simple to eat and then go to bed. The menu options were limited to fine dining which was not suitable for our young daughter but the waiter was sympathetic enough to arrange a simple bowl of spaghetti for us even though it wasn't on the menu. The cooked breakfast was poor quality but there were enough other options for us so we didn't go hungry. |

large bed, nice room, great swimming pool, helpful front desk staff the restaurant seemed overpriced for what it was offering but easy to go to restaurant in small local village so not a problem |

The Pool, food and Bar service was good Customer service at the front desk was the worst I've seen in Italy, they were rude to myself and other guests...I did talk to the manager who was appologetic, yet I have no confidence that he would make a change. |

We stayed over night only There were probleme in the water system in the 3 room we had. The water in the bathrom remain in the bathrom the sewge was blooked and cose flood to my knowlge it is not the feirs time in this rooms |

restaurant Sunday night happy hour had great food items and music; staff very accommodating; excellent shuttle service to and from airport (approx 15 minutes from Malpensa) fitness facility did not exist as advertised; pool was closed. |

Nous avons bien eu des chambres communicantes comme nous l'avions demandé Nous avons pris une chambre triple mais en fait il s'agit d'une chambre double et il rajoute un espèce de lit d'appoint dont les lattes étaient cassées et au milieu de la nuit mon fils s'est presque trouvé par terre car d'autres lattes se sont cassées. On paie une chambre triple alors qu'il s'agit d'une chambre double ! |
