It was close to the airport that was the main reason I chose this hotel and it is an international chain.I liked the airport shuttle service the most.And there was an early bird breakfast at 4:30am in the morning this was something I was not expecting,very good service. |

The room was perfect and superb value for money. The staff were so friendly and spoke English fluently. We had dinner in the restaurant both times we stayed and it was excellent. There is a lovely pool and a good sunbathing area also. I am quiet a discerning traveller and I can honestly say I couldnt find fault with anything. I would definitely go back the next time I visit Milan. |

Clean tidy with efficient personal I didnt appreciate how far from the centre of Milan it was and I didnt see how accessible it was with public transport |

We were tired when we arrived at the hotel after a 5 hour taxi ride from a ski resort and just wanted something simple to eat and then go to bed. The menu options were limited to fine dining which was not suitable for our young daughter but the waiter was sympathetic enough to arrange a simple bowl of spaghetti for us even though it wasn't on the menu. The cooked breakfast was poor quality but there were enough other options for us so we didn't go hungry. |

Cortesia staff , colazione, posizione ,pulizia,camera Come terzo letto per un adulto e' stata utilizzata una brandina mobile tipo campeggio molto scomoda. Per un 4 stelle mi sembra un po' poco. Non ho reclamato in reception in quanto volevamo riposare arrivati alle 22.00 e ripartiti alle 07.00 del giorno successivo |

Внимательное отношение к клиентам, предоставление дополнительной услуги, например, автобус до аэропорта или по Олледжо, консультация как лучше добраться до Милана, вкусный и разнообразный завтрак Название на микроавтобусе Ramada должно быть написано более крупными буквами и табличка размешена не за тонированным стеклом, а на лобовом (т.к. его просто не видно) или, лучше, написано на самом автобусе |

La comodità al luogo dove mi dovevo recare ed il rapporto qualità/prezzo L'uso della piscina nelle ore notturne (alle 3:30 circa sono stata svegliata dagli schiamazzi degli ospiti che stavano facendo il bagno) e la mancanza di caffè espresso per la colazione. |
