Klid, diskretní personál, rychlost odbavení v recepci, dostatečná dobrá snídaně, čistota pokojů i společných oprostor, ozvučení sanitárního uzlu pokoje (WC koupelna) zvukem z TV (je to taková maličkost, ale člověk tam má víc pocit diskretnosti), dobře zásobený minibar na pokoji, rozsáhlé parkoviště. Bohužel nám na parkovišti někdo odřel karoserii našeho automobilu. Parkoviště je deklarováno jako nehlídané. Přesto jsem postrádal vstřícnost pracovníků recepce při zajištění policejního potvrzení (auto bylo z půjčovny). Recepční nás odkázala na služebnu Carrabinieri ve městě Veroně a tím to pro ni skončilo. Stačilo tam zavolat, dozvěděla by se, že tyto škody se v Itálii nehlásí, že je pojišťovna řeší i bez potvrzení od policie či četníků. My jsme na toto zjištění čekali ve frontě na doporučení stanici Carrabinieri dvě hodiny. + další hodinu hledáním parkoviště tamtéž. Málem jsme pak nestihli zpáteční letadlo do vlasti. To moc profesionální od recepční nebylo, je mi líto, že to musím konstatovat. |

Clean, comfortabel room, nice breakfast, helpfull hotel-staff and affordable. Busstop is opposite of hotel. Distance to trainstation was more than suggested. |

Excelent breakfast !!!! Very near the tarin station. Night services. I asked for an extra pillow and they could not bring me, because there was only one employeer working during the night. |

The breakfast was good. The hotel is too far from the center of Verona. You have to take the bus (20min) or taxi. You have to pay for Internet services (3€ per hour). The sink was clogged. |

I liked the modern decor in the hotel and the spacious bathroom. I also liked the bright aspect of the room. The other guests in my party found the receptionist to be short to the point of rudeness with a rather superior attitude.I felt that the hotel was overpriced given its distance from the centre of Verona |

The staff were excellent with good English. The breakfast was equally excellent with great variety. A little away from the centre of town, but buses were frequent and on time, right outside the hotel. |

On arrival we were received by friendly and helpful staff at the reception. We have found a clean and silent room. The next morning we enjoyed a good breakfast buffet. |

Restaurant was very good. It was very near the Verona Fiera as we have taken part in this. I would have preferred to have a bath in the Bathroom rather than a shower. |

The best part about the hotel was the breakfast - was really very good with lots of fresh things. I also liked that the bar area did some tapas and nibbles for the guests wishing to have a drink before heading out to dinner... was a very nice touch! I think the gym could be a bit better without investing too much. Would be nice to have towels available for example. |

The location is really close to the fair ground by walking only 200 m,also close to trainstation.And hotel staffs are all friendly ,professional and helpful!! Wi-Fi connection wasn't stable damage frequently,for business customer wasn't convenient |

the description states that the hotel is 600 meters from the train station, that might be true on the map, but in real life there is no direct access from train station to the area of the hotel. so it's about 1.5-2km. |

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble for them when dealing with us. I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Verona for a City break. Good transport links too. |

Superb facilities, spacious rooms, convenient location if you have a car. Breakfast really had everything! Also, the hotel restaurant was quite nice and with normal cost. Tutti perfetti!! We did't like the extra charge for internet and the hotel's car parking |
