The speed at which we managed to check out, 30 minutes after arriving! The incorrect 4* rating (the hotel is entirely over-rated) |

Staff were friendly, room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Noot quite as close to the railway as advertised! Took 25mins with heavy bags to walk there- i recommend the bus (23) only 3 stops and 5 mins! |

We stayed at the Hotel Fiera for one night in June whilst attending the opera. We were more than happy with the hotel this is the reason we booked again for our weekend in Verona, bringining along our parents this time, who were also impressed. |

Perfect rooms, power shower in bathroom, excellent breakfast: very good coffee, wide range of warm and cold food, fruits and cereals and good rye bread. Easy ride by bus to centre (10 min) and railway station (5 min) with bus stop across the road and bus tickets available at the reception. Only one, soft pillow per person. |

free parking, good value for money. We stay three nights at this 4 stars hotel: after first night they change only the pillow case; after second only the sheet of the blanket, maybe if we stay one more night they finaly change sheets completely. |

Room was pleasant and clean.Fairy modern and quiet area. although buses into city numerous they were quite a challenge when crowded. the actual area of hotel offered very little re eating and wandering about so you had to go into the city. |

The breakfast was good. The hotel is too far from the center of Verona. You have to take the bus (20min) or taxi. You have to pay for Internet services (3€ per hour). The sink was clogged. |

I liked the modern decor in the hotel and the spacious bathroom. I also liked the bright aspect of the room. The other guests in my party found the receptionist to be short to the point of rudeness with a rather superior attitude.I felt that the hotel was overpriced given its distance from the centre of Verona |

The staff were excellent with good English. The breakfast was equally excellent with great variety. A little away from the centre of town, but buses were frequent and on time, right outside the hotel. |

On arrival we were received by friendly and helpful staff at the reception. We have found a clean and silent room. The next morning we enjoyed a good breakfast buffet. |

Restaurant was very good. It was very near the Verona Fiera as we have taken part in this. I would have preferred to have a bath in the Bathroom rather than a shower. |

The best part about the hotel was the breakfast - was really very good with lots of fresh things. I also liked that the bar area did some tapas and nibbles for the guests wishing to have a drink before heading out to dinner... was a very nice touch! I think the gym could be a bit better without investing too much. Would be nice to have towels available for example. |
