The waiteresses are racists. I suggest that they write a sign on the restaurant (only for Italian). Imagin they say good morning (in Italy of course) for Italian guests and pass by me without even a smile. Not only this they smile to others (that day all the guests were Italian except me) and when they look at me they cut the smile. First day I said I may imagin but when the same heppens the following day I was sure they are racists. Shame on them!!!!!!!!!?????????

As a tourist from Australia and having rented a car, car parking facilities (preferably free) were very important. Our gps navigated us to your location quite easily. We also found it helpful that staff were able to understand/speak English somewhat, as out Italian was very poor, although we tried to speak as much as we could. Found room temperature quite warm, but that has been the case with all our Italian and french hotels so though that maybe they were set at a higher temperature than at home. This hotel was wonderful, clean, elegant and a welcome relief.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, nothing was problem. Great breakfast with big choice of home made sweets and also product for those who are on gluten free or lactose free diet. Strategic place (15 minutes by walk to the city center). Spacy and well furnished clean rooms.

Lidl around the corner for cheap supplies and although it was a 15min bus journey from town the bus goes from right outside the door. Really squeaky and uncomfortable bed and and in a very poor location at the end of a dual carriageway (essentially in the middle of an industrial estate). It is NOT near any of the attractions as implied on the web; you have to get a 15min bus into the city centre and then get a further bus or face walking up to 20mins for some attractions. If you go to Verona you are better off staying in the Piazza Bra area or near the Castellachio.

Hotel had no carpeting in the rooms which is much cleaner than carpet. Breakfast was great. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice to have the bar open and serving guests later in the evening. The location is a little far away from the city center. Buses stop running at 20:00 for this hotel. The taxi was 8 Euro from Piazza Bra (not too bad). The hotel could run a shuttle to make it more convienent for the guests.

We had a meal in the restaurant one evening and it was very good and very reasonable. The breakfast was also excellent. Staff were very helpful. Our room was lovely. At first I was disappointed with the location however we soon got used to the bus times and there were plenty of them so even this was no issue.

Shuttle bus to Arena in evening is a good service. In general, good value for money. I would like more fruits for the breakfast.
