Hotel Fiera  

The hotel was clean, and in a good position: you could reach Piazza Brà in around 15 minutes by public transportation (bus stop 20 meters away from the hotel)!

Location is great ,comfort also !

The most generous breakfast (including range of cheeses, meet, scrambled egs, pastries, fruit, etc.) that we had during our 10 day stay in Italy. The stuff was very helpful.

The hotel is a bit far from the city centre, however there is a bus stop (routes 23, 24 - weekdays and 91, 98 - night and Sunday) just in front of the hotel. The bus tickets may be purchased from reception or in the bus. The bus gets to the sity centre within 10-15 min

A very comfortable and well appointed room which was very clean and tidy. The buffet breakfast had an excellent range of choices including some hot food. The hotel was just 5 minutes by bus to the train station and city centre. The staff were very helpful, particularly when we had to return to the hotel to retrieve some propoerty we had left in our room.

Nothing really that we didn't like - just my son would have liked some English TV channels - e.g. BBC world news.

Looking nice from the outside, has good location, very quiet even at the weekend,spacious place to relax, check in very early at 9:30am so that was great, made our day as we didnt have to wait till 2pm, thanks for that. Also breakfast was absoultely beautiful! Fresh croissants,buns, fruits ,juices,yogurts,etc loved it! Couldnt wait for next day to have it again! :D well dont to chef!

Right, im working in hospitality so I know whats the requiments for 4 * Hotels! Me and my partner we dont like complain or have any confrontation,so we didnt take any pictures of dust and dead flies on the windowsill,dust under the bed or the fact we had shower in the bathroom instead of the bath! As it was on the picture with booking.com! Room was nice, big tv,big comfy bed but the cover looked like is 10 years old & not washed at all. Anyway floor needs some refurbishment. There was no tea & coffee equipment,so u couldnt make tea for yourself in the evening. There was no iron or iron board in wardrobe, thats not a 4* hotel standard. Would like to make quick addition and say that r staff,especially at the reception and restaurant need some improvement!we could upgrade our room for the one with bigger bath or balcony if receptionist could offer it, we could use the gym if someone could explain where it is or recommend it to us! Think you guys have no ide about upsell,staff could be more friendly for foreigners as speaking english this days is a basic communication! We couldnt understand why waitress avoiding us,or asking everyone else for coffee apart from us, bit sad but anyway thats why we judge r performance as 6 instaed of 10!

Easy to reach, reasonably priced, sufficient parking lot, quiet, good room and breakfast service

Possibly due to high attendance, the Internet WiFi link was exceedingly slow and I was compelled to resort to my own

Value for money, everything was just great. Big and clean room, large double bed, rich breakfast buffet.

The room was quite large and the bed comfortable. Breakfast buffet was rich as well, and I appreciated very easy parking.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, nothing was problem. Great breakfast with big choice of home made sweets and also product for those who are on gluten free or lactose free diet. Strategic place (15 minutes by walk to the city center). Spacy and well furnished clean rooms.
