Le responsable a été très chaleureux avec nous lors de notre arrivée. Les chambres propres et spacieuses. Le responsable a été très chaleureux avec nous lors de notre arrivée mais froid le reste du séjour et notamment le jour du départ.Le personnel est froid et distant. Le petit déjeuner est très pauvre. Très petit buffet... Variété et quantité trop insuffisante voir insignifiante. Une seule boisson chaude est servie sur demande à table. Il manque de tapis dans les chambres et dans la salle de douche. La salle de douche est spacieuse mais elle est avec les toilettes inclues et manque d'équipements. Les serviettes sont très usagées et déposées sur un simple tabouret! La situation géographique de l'hôtel est très complexe et absolument introuvable sans un gps. L'hôtel est loin de tous centres d'intérêt de Naples. |

Utroligt venligt og hjælpsomt hotelpersonale. Hotellet har en god udsigt over byen. Gode og renlige værelser. Nemt at komme til i bil fra lufthavnen. |

Das Hotel ist sehr schön - vor allem das Personal ist sehr entgengenkommend und freundlich. Das Essen ist sehr gut. Insgesamt ist das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung |
