Reception girl is very nice and willing to help. She helped us to book the very hot gallery and suggested good restaurant. The lift inside is very interesting. They can arrange parking place, convenient for visitors coming by car.
Nothing to complain.
The front desk officer was of great help. The wifi very good. In walking distance to the historical centre. Very quiet at night.
Same breakfast every day. The sheets not so clean. The elevator was very slow.
Clean room and bathroom, nice breakfast and good localization.
Smells a little as mold for allergic people.
Location is good to visit on foot. For Vatican city you can take the metro. Friendly staff, nice room and breakfast.
Free wifi, close to restaurants. I saw 4 of thr staff of which 2 are only helpful.
The reciptionest at our arrival was a rude, she wouldn't let me finish a question, always on her nerves. One of the nights there was heavy raining the sound of the plubming was too loud we couldn't sleep. The location is not that central as stated in discription, most of the areas are 30 mins walking. They do not have enough staff, the cook is the same as the lobby boy, We had 4 bags, there was no help from anyone, I had to carry them bymyself; I guess the lobby boy was cooking. The male reciptionist was rude.
Very clean hotel, both the hall and the room. Very friendly staff, they speak several languages.
Noisy air conditioning system.
Close to bus stops, and 5 minutes walk from underground station (Barberini).
Typical elevator of Italian palazzos.
Quiet neighbourhood. Good wi-fi signal in the room. The room was recently redecorated so everything was new, and kept clean. Good air-conditioning so temperature in the room was ideal, which was important for us, as we stayed there in July. Breakfast was not spectacular but decent enough.
Not quite centrally located but conveniently close to a bus stop, so if you mind walking you can always take the bus.
Lift, Hurry to live the room.
being near the center
room was very small and no facilities in hotel
breakfast, Week Instant cafe from a machine
Great service, delicious breakfast and close to the metro station Repubblica. Free room safe (using a credit card without charge) Great value for money and highly recommended :)
I made a reservation for my parent's wife.I asked for the best possible room and they gave it! Great and polite hotel manager. Very good breakfast. Very good location and nice room.
The staff, the location, the lounge area
I could not get Wimbledon on the TV.
The hotel was centrally located. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They were very accommodating.
The breakfast was typical European. You could not ask for anything different. Traveling with two children, they were tired of the coffee cakes every morning. The coffee machine was horrible. The worst coffee we had in all of Italy.
