Breakfast - scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese, ham - many people need more than just croissant and corn flakes (very good); Wi-fi- we have managed to use Skype to talk to parents (very good); Room and bathroom - standard and clean, nice design Up to 10 minutes walk from shopping center up to 3 minutes walk from 3 nice restaurants with good prices (second course - meat 12-16 euros) There was a Tobago shop, where you can buy bus tickets (50 meters) 10 min walk from Train Station - Termini
STAFF FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL INTERESTING OLD BUILDING BREAKFAST VERY GOOD QUIET ROOM
Location is just great you can walk to all places and if you are not in walking mood the bus station is just 100 meter further .
Wifi in rooms doesn't work good but still fair
Quiet room, comfortable beds, charming, helpful and welcoming staff - from Reception to Breakfast-room waiters.
Friendly staff - we were given a free upgrade room which was a good size at the front of the hotel. The bar was small but the bar prices were very reasonable. We would stay there again.
We spend a few days in Rome and stayed at this hotel. The location is very good, a few blocks away from the main transportation hub. Many restaurants nearby. The 24 hotel staff was very helpful in recommending places to eat, shopping areas and attraction tours. The room was as described and very comfortable. We only came to the room to sleep as we spent most of the time touring Rome. The room has a refrigerator with drinks you have to pay for, but instead we bought what we needed at a nearby store. Our rate included breakfast which was fairly good. Eggs, bacon, juice, toast, coffee and cereals which we took advantage before leaving the hotel. We recommend this hotel and will stay here again without problems.
The room has TV but there was not even one english channel available and they do not offer movies. The nights that we were too tired to go out there was no entertainment at all in the room. Thankfully we had our ipads and since we had free internet connection were able to find some sort of entertainment.
We recommend this hotel. Excellent location, silent, comfortable.
The sitting room, which gave the opportunity to listen to American women talking about the deficiencies of their past or present husbands, and various interesting medical conditions.
Breakfast not very good. drinks from machines. Warm food tepid. Intermittent internet connection which was very aggravating.
A very clean hotel
The staff where so friendly...nothing was too much trouble for any of them...The room was comfortable and clean, wifi was great. Location not bad at all. We would return to this hotel. The receptionist arranged our hotel pick up and drop off at the airport. Breakfast buffet was very good, and its included in room price, drinks at the bar very reasonable,
The only complaint would be that there is not a tea and coffee making facility in the room...there is a mini bar but I prefer making my early morning hot drink before I go down to breakfast.
Close to city centre and good breakfast. Helpful staff.
the location is very good, clean rooms, and kind staff!!
the bed are very uncomfottable, and the breakfast was poor!!1
Good wifi, comfortable bed, safe. very nice and helpful staff.
For breakfast there wasn't any vagetables (except tomato).
The receptionist when we arrived was very friendly and helpful, the bed matress was awesome and the room was clean.
Its location: is not that close to all the tourist sites, you have to walk a quite long distance. Plus, one day we ve asked to get a coffee from the bar during breakfast time and we were not allowed. There is a charge of 10 euros for coffee in the room... Our room even though it had a window it had no view, or better it overlooked at a wall.
Location Staff Breakfast
The lift was quaint but it took an age to get to the fourth floor. Bath was too small. No UK news channel on TV
Hotel Ranieri is close to the Termini which was great. The staff were all very friendly. Clean room, comfortable bed, good in the fridge.
The wifi didn't work whe I was there, but other than that, very happy.
So pleased with this hotel! Quaint but clean, clean, clean!!! Comfy beds, good sized rooms and friendly, helpful staff! Would highly recommend!
The Ranieri is excellent value, close to Termini (catch a taxi) but not over-run by tourists. Outstanding Bernini churches are nearby. It's a government district and can be quiet in the evenings, and very quiet on Sunday.
I liked the location. The staff was OK but could be more helpful at times. The breakfast was good. Great restaurants nearby.
The service was very friendly and a aimable Well location
Very clean and comfortable hotel in a great location. Staff members were pleasant and very helpful. Breakfast was very good.
Staff were pleasant enough. The air condition worked well & was needed. Complimentary toiletries.
Beds were very hard & the pillows like house bricks, heavy & very hard. No milk supplied with tea/coffee making facilities!!! Cameras watching your every move in the breakfast room!! Water came through our bathroom ceiling blowing the electricity in the room, after just arriving & unpacking we had to re-pack & change rooms not ideal when you are on a weeks break, & although we were moved to another room, we got no real apology for the inconvenience until the next morning, not really good customer relations.
Location Quiet room Cleanliness Breakfast area was welcoming Lounge was small but comfortable
The furnishings of the room were ok, but minimal. Lack of a closet door Operation of the elevator at the mercy of the previous user Unfortunately, the area around the hotel is somewhat "seedy" after dark
English BBC channel on TV
The staff who were friendly and very helpful
Breakfast was dire. Worth skipping altogether. Stale bread on one of 4 mornings.
