Nothing was too much trouble from all of the staff. Exceptionally clean. Good location for all the sites. |

It was a quiet,clean room. the staff was friendly and helpfull and could explain everything in english. Breakfast was good. Good location! |

I like how nice the staff was. The distance from the city center is quite long. Breakfast all you can eat but very simple and same every day - no fruit for breakfast:( |

The staff were helpful. Rather a quaint character hotel. There is one lift and it is very slow. The beds are small and very hard. |

The hotel staff was exceptionally accompodating. The location was superb. I will certainly suggest the Ranieri to friends and family. |

the good location the metro and train station.the excellent dining closeness.the cozy and good breakfast at your property.and most important of all.(your employees realize) the service of today/is the down payment for tomorrows business. absolutely nothing. |

I like the hotel staff very much. It is very comfortable, very clean & its place is very nice. The price of the hotel shatlle bus( from the air port to the hotel) is expensive. |

Everything, loved the location, breakfast and the bar with the computer.The room was great, a big fan of this special botique style hotel Nothing I would change, my stay was great, it sure felt like a 4 star hotel to me. The staff was so great and we loved our time there, will be back next time in Rome. The bus across the street to the Vatican was a real plus. |

Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast. ideal for couples who don't mind a walk into town. The stairway is in need of renovation, but you don't sleep on the stairs. |

location. The free breakfast was awful. No wonder it was free. Also, we were not informed that there would be no aircondition during this time of year. We had to open windows at night. With the hotel situated in front of a bus stop, it was really noisy at night. |

Location was good - we were able to get to many of the highlights of Rome on the No 62 bus which stops just across the road from the hotel. The reception area was not inviting. |

Hotel is in a quiet area with exellent bus connection into historial centre.Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and enough big for 3 persons. Absolute value for money. |
