Everything, loved the location, breakfast and the bar with the computer.The room was great, a big fan of this special botique style hotel Nothing I would change, my stay was great, it sure felt like a 4 star hotel to me. The staff was so great and we loved our time there, will be back next time in Rome. The bus across the street to the Vatican was a real plus. |

Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast. ideal for couples who don't mind a walk into town. The stairway is in need of renovation, but you don't sleep on the stairs. |

location. The free breakfast was awful. No wonder it was free. Also, we were not informed that there would be no aircondition during this time of year. We had to open windows at night. With the hotel situated in front of a bus stop, it was really noisy at night. |

Location was good - we were able to get to many of the highlights of Rome on the No 62 bus which stops just across the road from the hotel. The reception area was not inviting. |

Hotel is in a quiet area with exellent bus connection into historial centre.Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and enough big for 3 persons. Absolute value for money. |

The exceptional warmth and friendliness of the welcome. The receptionist even drove us to the station on our departure, gratis.The bed was very comfortable and the view lovely. The food in the hotel's restaurant was outstanding. |

Friendly, very helpful staff. Small enough to be personal but still very professional. Clean and comfortable and easy to walk to from the Termini! Pity about the scaffolding outside the hotel. |

Excellent location in a nice and safe neighbourhood, very quiet; bus conveniently located in front of the hotel; very clean room and bathroom; great room service; the hotel is much better than a four star one we previously stayed in; overall a very good deal - will definitely stay there again. |

A/C in room was awesome! A computer in the lobby area (free of charge). Small breakfst (not a buffet), late check in at hotel (we had trouble with our room key, receptionist was not nice). The location was ok, a 10 minute walk to Metro station (after a long day walking around Rome, the walk from Metro to hotel was a bit long and tiring). |
