The hotel is a completely refurbished and stylishly modernised medieval residence. The staff is discreet and helpful, leaving an experienced and professional impression. Breakfast is ok, however, fruits and more than just a single cup of coffee would be welcome. |

Spacious room, top floor, breakfast was served in room, short walk into city centre parking was on the street (1 Euro per hour from 8:00 to 20:00), no elevator so a bit of work bringing suitcases up |

Excellent location for city centre. Although no dining room, there is an excellent restaurant 'Boscarèl' just around the corner. |

The location was excellent, very close to the old part of the city but also close to San Zeno. The breakfast was great including mini Easter eggs every day! All of the staff who greeted us spoke English. There was no explanation about the mini bar and prices, just a menu which did not seem to relate to the contents of the mini bar at all. Our room was next to reception and the noise when staff were speaking on the telephone was terrible. We were on our honeymoon so a bit sensitive I suppose. There was little information eg guides etc in English. |

Walking distance from city center and breakfast served in the room I had to leave at 11:00 AM (no chance for late check out). |

The location isvery nice. The room itself was on the third floor, quite big and nice. The breakfast was good, interior is great. The restaurant around the corner was very good. Should offer prolongation opportunities |

We were greeted with a very friendly man at the front desk who spoke good English. Our room was very clean and nice and warm. The breakfast was fantastic! We were very impressed overall with our stay and would recommend it to others. There wasn't a kettle in the room and I tried to order a cup of tea in the afternoon but was told I couldn't be served until bar stuff arrvived at 7pm. |

Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. No difficulty getting a good nights sleep. The hotel was central enough for sight seeing but also enjoyed the benefit of being in a quiet residential area. Good restaurants close by. |

We saw the sights of verona and did some shopping, it was a lovely quiet hotel. I particularly liked the small kitchenette in the room. The bed was very hard, there should have been a kettle and tea making things. |

the place is well located as within reach of the city centre by foot yet outside the noisy areas. In fact it is in the area called San Zeno where you can find cheaper bars, restaurants and Osterie ( the local wine bars where you can sip a glass of local wine ) than the overpricedd ones in or around Piazza Bra and Piazza dei Signori. the hotel is new and not finished yet. I could see wires in the main hall and works going on on the outside of the building. Perhaps they could drop their prices for a while until it is finished. |

The hotel's ambience, its' location in a quiet area on the edge of the old town and its' vicinity to the river. Consideration should be given to creating a sitting out area off the first floor landing. |

Good location - outside of the city centre and therefore able to get on-street parking - but only 10 minutes walk into town. Rooms are large enough for families. Continental breakfast delivered to the room. Enjoyed being able to go out in the local neighbourhood for dinner etc versus always going into Verona. Good location for drives up to Lake Garda. Furnishings a little basic and old. No bar or restaurant to speak of - but the staff did open up the downstairs room for us to watch the football and provided a very good wine list! |
