The residence had nice furnishings, very different from normal hotels. The room was really spacious and elegant. I did not like breakfast, it was actually rather horrible. |

The hotel is very close to the city centre, unique antique architecture combined with the comfort modern style. The breakfast is served in the rooms. The personal is very kind. |

Wonderful vacation.Very nice interior. A good chef in a restaurant. Very nice maids. The hotel has no elevator. And this is no information on the site. This should be stated. |

Nice hotel. Although is looks like a very quiet location, a constant noise is coming from the near by road (in case you have a front room). |

It was a beautiful place to stay- lots of character and lovely furniture. Breakfast in the room in the morning was a bit different and very nice. It was close to the river and very easy to walk into town. One of the best things was that it was really quiet and we got a very peaceful nights sleep. We would definately go back there. One of the hotel staff seemed a bit rushed with us when we arrived - on the website there is something about a wine bar but we were not told about this and never found it- but overall the staff were very nice. The room seemed a bit odd because at one end it had a small kitchen area with a cooker hood etc but no stove/cooker so we weren't sure why it was there- looking on the website it looks as if the other rooms have proper kitchen areas, but as we were only staying one night this didn't matter for us. |

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff very friendly, great location, quiet road and not far from city centre. The hotel is a beautifully restored building and our room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated ... we would defintely stay again. Perhaps the breakfast could be better .... a pot of coffee would be nice for a 'top up' instead of the cup.... but that is just something small to complain about .... it was lovely to have breakfast brought to the room each morning. |

Large room, like a studio apartment, with a kitchen and two bathrooms. Beautiful furniture and rugs. Breakfast was served in the room, very convenient. Nothing to dislike. |

Beautiful hotel with extremely polite and accommodating staff. The enoteca was very reasonably priced and perfect for a light evening meal. About a 10 minute stroll to the Arena. Generous continental breakfast served in room. In one of the reviews someone complains about the view of the stone wall from their window. Apart from the fact that it probably dates back to Roman antiquity, making it very interesting in itself, we found the wall offered a lot of privacy and were pleased to have it. We would definitely stay there again. We had a one bedroom ‘apartment’ which would have been much more attractive without the kitchen corner. The latter served no purpose, as not functional as a kitchen without a stove anyway. I would have appreciated a disposable shower cap in the bathroom. Very minor complaints. |

Extremely quiet. Breakfast was not great - plenty of croissants, but only one cup of coffee per person is not enough! (Perhaps they would have brought anothr - but the staff did not suggest this. There was no full length mirror in our room. The entry to the shower would have been very problematic for anyone who is overweight. |

The "room" was fantastic. However, room is probably a word that is too little - I would probably call it a suite - it was gigantic! Livingroom/kitchenette separate from the bedroom and big bathroom. The breakfast was not too filling but we liked the concept of eating in the room. |

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Some staff members were helpful. Breakfast was very good. Some staff members were not very cordial, maybe even brusque. Definately a bit over priced. |
