Hotel Rapallo    

Very nice and helpful staff, clean room, equipped with a luxury furniture.

Breakfast could be wider, including a warm part for free.

The Hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff couldn't be more friendly.Several nice things were complimentary bottled water and complimentary afternoon tea from 3 to7 pm which consisted of a variety of specialty biscuits ,teas and coffees.These things were a vice touch that we did t get elsewhere

Staff friendly and helpful. Very good choice for breakfast and coffee available throughout the afternoon. We called it Palazzo Rapallo because of the tasteful decoration and excellent facilities. The bedroom was quiet and there was everything provided for confort.

Everything was perfect. Especially, design of rooms and hotel location are very good. Also, rooms are very clear. Special thanks to Mr. Lorenzo for his helpful and friendly manners. If I will go to Firenze again, I probably stay here.

Room which we stay might be more silence. There was an air conditioning noise. But it was not too much.

Everything seemed very new like it was recently redone or updated. The room and bathroom were spotless, very good housekeeping. The breakfast was good and snacks were left out all afternoon. This was nice when coming back from sight seeing to have coffee, juice, cookies, nuts, etc...available.

Nothing, very nice hotel. It is a few blocks away from the very center of Florence, but it is not a real problem.

The hotel is beautiful; rooms are excellent, very clean, with a comfy bed and a hospitality tray. Excellent varied breakfast buffet, and free drinks and pastries available every afternoon for guests. Staff were so helpful and friendly. The hotel is a short walk from the main train station, so very convenient. We would recommend this hotel for your stay in Florence.

Location. Free coffee and biscuits on tap. Helpful staff. Hot shower. Comfy and clean room. Tea and coffee making facility in room. free water in fridge.

Got a room at the backyard- really dark and not wellcomming- could be anywhere.

Within short walking distance for everything we needed. Good variety for breakfast with friendly staff.

No ice cubes available as some Canadians like to have ice in their drinks.

The gentleman who welcomed us was very helpful. The housekeeper/cleaner was wonderful and so was the young woman who served breakfast; she was extremely efficient and breakfast was a delicious assortment of sweet and savoury. The bathroom was lovely and modern and the bed (especially the pillow) was extremely comfortable. There was also a guest computer - a real asset when you're not travelling with a tablet.

Disappointed that we couldn't get shirts ironed in less than 24 hours but I think that's an Italian thing, rather than a Rapallo thing.

The price can't be beat. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable, clean and more spacious than many we've encountered in Europe. This was the nicest 3-Star hotel we've experienced during our travels through Europe. I think if it was more centrally located, it would be a 4-Star.

The location was a bit inconvenient compared with other available hotels. I didn't realize how much further it was from the central attractions - about a 15 minute walk - which isn't prohibitive by any means, but can be inconvenient when you need to go back to the hotel in between sightseeing.

Excellent service, very modern, comfortable and clean. Staff superb, very helpful. Free coffee and snacks 5 to 8 each evening.

Lovely hotel and staff only disappointment was the small room we were given which was suited more for children than adults and was basically an annex to larger room. It felt like a corridor.

The hotel glistened, it was so immaculate. The room, though on the smallish side, was well-designed, comfortable, attractive, and spotless. The room rate included an excellent breakfast as well as coffee, tea, and pastries in the late afternoon. The staff was helpful and welcoming and, at our request, booked us on an excellent tour of Pisa and Luca. We also found the hotel walkable to all the main attractions.

We really had no complaints about the hotel and would definitely stay there again as well as highly recommend it to others.
