We stayed in the hotel 2 nights. The receptionist offered us the room which was really terrible (really very small, the bathroom has 1m x 1m and there was lift). We refused it so he offered us another room where tha heater didnt work so we had abou 4 celsius at night! The second night we got much more better room - I can say very luxury. |

Nice rooms with 'crypto antique' furniture. I stayed at a reduced price so it was absolutely great value for money. Clean, quiet and located near the city centre and the railway station. |

Excellent location - only few steps from San Lorenzo and Piazza del Duomo; possibility to park for free on the street next to the hotel; value for money the bathroom was really small, but didn't bother me and I don't see it as a problem or disadvantage, because the reason to book this hotel was to sleep in a hotel down town close to the sights and not to spend the whole time in the hotel room :-) |

The hotel is located in the heart of Florence, the staff was very friendly The bathroom was very small and the equipment of this was old and not nice in using, internet costs 1euro for two hours, I know that is cheap but in discription of the room there is information that it is free |

It's near the city centre of Florence because you can reach the famous touristic places in 15 minutes on foot. The staff is very kind and can speak good English. Too small bathroom (toilet, shower, bidet and sink are all together in 3 m2). The bedroom we had, didn't resemble the picture on the website at all. They charged 5 euro/day for using the safety deposit box in your own room. Internet wasn't free anywhere in the hotel. |

The concierges were friendly and we had a free breakfast. The bed was very uncomfortable, basically two twin beds stuck together. The tub was a joke--beyond tiny and dipped down at one end drastically. We got stuck in a room basically in the attic next to where the maids hang their laundry. |

Dicht bij het station.Als je aankomt is het prima te doen om er naar toe te lopen.De ligging is ideaal ten opzichte van de bezienswaardigheden De kamerdeur was moeilijk op slot te krijgen en als de deur dicht was zag je toch nog kieren.Het waren dan ook niet de modernste deuren!!!!De lift was wel heel erg nauw. |

acomodações amplas, quartos bonitos, funcionários sempre prestativos. Wi Fi nos quartos (só tem na sala de estar), acabar com autorização de acesso ao Wi Fi por 2 horas (sempre tem que renovar). |

Il prezzo e la buona posizione C'era stato detto che il parcheggio sarebbe stato gratuito invece lo è solo per scarico e carico bagagli e su richiesta con un permesso di tipo C fino alle 9 della mattina (se si trova posto nella strada adiacente) altrimenti l'albergo dispone di una autorimessa privata per 20 euro al giorno. Non cercate parcheggio nei dintorni...tutta zona con possibilità di parcheggio solo con permesso. |

Cordialità dello staff, buona pulizia delle camere, ampio parcheggio per auto (al coperto) a soli 50 mt, tariffe piuttosto economiche. Scarso isolamento acustico delle stanze, ridotte dimensioni dei bagni, colazione pessima e tante troppe zanzare. |
