The location is good, near to the main train station. There is a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood. We could visit every points of interest on foot. |

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, amazingly efficient maids, excellent breakfast. Definitely a good **** hotel. The insulation of the windows were insufficient, the cold could get through (particularly in the bathroom). But overall the room was warm enough anyway. |

Outstanding service from the very friendly staff. This hotel is very good value for money... Get the airconditioner repaired before summer, we went in october and had some pretty warm nights. |

The hotel is as bad as they get. The rooms are small. There are some rooms that have the shower right above the toilet seat. It’s tiny. You can literally take the shower while seating on the toilet. Not all the rooms are like that. However, all the rooms are the same price. You never know which room you are going to get. Once you entered your room they won’t allow you to switch it to a different room even if they have rooms available (because that requires that they call a cleaning service for your old room and they won’t do that). They’ll switch your room the next day if possible. The hotel staff is rude. The ‘don’t disturb’ sign does not mean anything to the staff. Their WI-FI is so slow as to be unusable. A great organization, precision and helpfulness of the hotel staff. A short way off the historic center of Firenze - about 30 min on foot, a proximity of railway and autostations - about 10-15 min on foot (you can not use taxi or bus to get the hotel from stations), closeness to the start stop of touristic bus routes which is near railway station). It is necessary to place a draw curtain in the shower room (I mean 1-bed room). To arrange coffee making facilities or at least teakettle in the room. I fel a slight smoking smell from a carpet in the room for non-smoking clients. |

Very good localization and good people, except on the reception. The receptionist is the worst I have seen, is really a bad guy, who don’t has the minimum conditions for talking to other people: we don’t a want nice person, but a receptionist has to be someone helpfully and friendly! A reception is the face of the hotel and this guy is a very bad (terrible) face (!!!!!), and this is not good for the hotel, because the hotel is very, very nice. I hope this guy get off quickly. (is the guy without glasses!) |

Value for money! Cleam accomodation with good breakfast at a very cheap costs.... Room decor - it was hideous. Bathroom size is a amajor issue- one could brush, crap and bath at the same time. |

The room was big and clean. It is a old hotel but the people was ery friendly and helpful The bathroom was extremely small. You hardly fit to get shower. They should remove the glass to make more room. |

Great place - very close to all sightseeings. Brekfast was good. Personal was attentive. The room (on the 4th floor) was well decorated and have enought space for 2 persons Carpets at the room and at the whole corridor at the 4th floor smells very bad - no condition or open windows help. |

Florence is an Amazing place and if its just a hotel to lay your head then expect nothing more, just enjoy the city. The beds were broken at first (untill we complained) then uncomfortable, the whole hotel needs some serious TLC, things are just breaking all around! breakfast was pretty poor at best. |

Free parking space, but very limited. Very friendly staff and all speak English. Close to city centre, just 15 min walk. Neighborhood appears to be safe, even rather late in the evening. No view from room. Room next to the stairs is noisy (people walking up and down stairs). Very tiny elevator. Bathroom is rather small but this did not pose any real problems for us. |
