Hotel Rapallo    

The hotel was in a great location, was spotless and stylishly decorated. It also seemed good value for money when booking when compared to other hotels in a similar location.

Our particular room was quite small in comparison to the photos, though was nicely decorated. It was stuffy however as we could not work any air con and when open the window let in mosquitos. The room had no view (only a courtyard) and was close to the lift and so noisy. If booking I would request a room with a street view / away from the lift.

Outstanding in every respect from clean modern hotel with very good facilities and high service culture. Operating a 'club' facility during the day that caters for refreshments.

great hotel - large, comfortable rooms - very well maintained very quiet despite the full capacity some hotels in florence are very noisy with the street traffic but this one was not at all nice bathrooms - large towels wonderful breakfast and afternoon snacks free water in refrigerator very helpful staff w/- directions, restaurants, trains etc.

i liked everything about the hotel and would highly recommend it

The location was great, and the price was too, the hotel was nicely modern, nice breakfast, and afternoon coffee/cookies was a nice touch.

The Hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff couldn't be more friendly.Several nice things were complimentary bottled water and complimentary afternoon tea from 3 to7 pm which consisted of a variety of specialty biscuits ,teas and coffees.These things were a vice touch that we did t get elsewhere

Staff friendly and helpful. Very good choice for breakfast and coffee available throughout the afternoon. We called it Palazzo Rapallo because of the tasteful decoration and excellent facilities. The bedroom was quiet and there was everything provided for confort.

Everything was perfect. Especially, design of rooms and hotel location are very good. Also, rooms are very clear. Special thanks to Mr. Lorenzo for his helpful and friendly manners. If I will go to Firenze again, I probably stay here.

Room which we stay might be more silence. There was an air conditioning noise. But it was not too much.

Everything seemed very new like it was recently redone or updated. The room and bathroom were spotless, very good housekeeping. The breakfast was good and snacks were left out all afternoon. This was nice when coming back from sight seeing to have coffee, juice, cookies, nuts, etc...available.

Nothing, very nice hotel. It is a few blocks away from the very center of Florence, but it is not a real problem.

The hotel is beautiful; rooms are excellent, very clean, with a comfy bed and a hospitality tray. Excellent varied breakfast buffet, and free drinks and pastries available every afternoon for guests. Staff were so helpful and friendly. The hotel is a short walk from the main train station, so very convenient. We would recommend this hotel for your stay in Florence.

Got a room at the backyard- really dark and not wellcomming- could be anywhere.

Within short walking distance for everything we needed. Good variety for breakfast with friendly staff.

No ice cubes available as some Canadians like to have ice in their drinks.

The gentleman who welcomed us was very helpful. The housekeeper/cleaner was wonderful and so was the young woman who served breakfast; she was extremely efficient and breakfast was a delicious assortment of sweet and savoury. The bathroom was lovely and modern and the bed (especially the pillow) was extremely comfortable. There was also a guest computer - a real asset when you're not travelling with a tablet.

Disappointed that we couldn't get shirts ironed in less than 24 hours but I think that's an Italian thing, rather than a Rapallo thing.
