The location was absolutely perfect ! My room 418 was luxurious but simple and very very comfortable - loved the terraace Would be perfect to have free wifi in the rooms |

We liked the hotel, its generosity to the guests, its location and marvellous breakfast. The staff were very nice. We were upgraded in several things for which we were grateful. |

Spacious room, lovely terrace, nicely furnished, good design, good location, generous welcome drinks, beautiful looking hotel. We were put off dining or drinking on the panoramic rooftop terrace because of the cost which seemed excessive. Mostly we dined out choosing where to spend our 150 euros per meal for two! The bed, mattresses and pillows - two single beds instead of a Queen/King bed, matress a little hard but ok, pillows too hrad. Also the air conditioning was too hot even though we continualy reset it to the lowest 'cool' cycle. |

The hotel accomdations were wonderful and spacious and the staff were very accomdating. The location in Rome is perfect and close to Piazza Navona. We walked everywhere. We were upgraded to a suite which was fabulous!!! Loved it and would definately stay there again |

very central location access by walking to everywhere Room was small despite being delux.Staff in competent checking out waited for 30 minutes for taxi they ordered never came.No communication re same. |

De l'amabilite du personnel a la qualite de la chambre et du petit dejeuner le bonheur a l etat pur ayant deja tester 4 hotel a rome dans la meme categorie le raphael est l hotel a recommander |

Das Hotel hat wirklich Charme, liegt perfekt und ist sehr gepflegt. Es gibt kaum etwas zu bemängeln. Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte etwas reichhaltiger sein. |

le silence aucoeur de rome , le restaurant sur le toit de l'hotel l'acceuil est agreable mais etrange : nous arrivons à 10 hrs a.mpar de tres fortes chaleurs on nous demande quel journal nous voulons pour le lendeamin matin ( journal que nous n'avons jamais eu ) , mais on ne nous propose pas une boisson rafraichissante : verre d'eau ou autre ! |

La décoration et les oeuvres d'artistes ainsi que les petits canapés et la petite bouteille de vin italien en guise de bienvenue. Pas de radio ou de musique dans notre chambre. |

hotel lussuoso arredato da un collezionista d'arte negli spazi comuni e costantemente rinnovato;posizione centralissima,ideale per la visita della città.Bellissima terrazza sul tetto. camera un po' piccolina (si fatica ad aprire l'armadio);prima colazione troppo cara ed é quindi preferibile prenderla nella vicinissima Piazza Navona. |

Meget fint og meget centralt beliggende hotel. Ok faciliteter. Lidt renovering da vi var på hotellet. Tagterrassen var lukket de første dage, men virkelig lækker tagterrasse med servering. Generelt meget dyrt for morgenmad, menu og drikkevarer i forhold til hvad man får. Billigere morgenmadstilbud. Og bedre information om terrassen er åben eller ej. |

Das Hotel entspricht einem Geheimtip. Es liegt sehr günstig, zentral und ist erstklassig, klein, persönlich und überschaubar. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Es ist ein Stadthotel, nicht zur Erholung geeignet. Erstklassig stimmt schon ! |

Excellent séjour. Très belle chambre et service de qualité. Récupération des e-mails difficile (utilisation d'un cable pour la connexion sur Internet)... Une option payante proposait une connexion wifi non testée... |
