Personal great, wifi in the room very good, breakfest ok. Metro and train connections very good.
Location at night- not very good. At daytime ok.
neat and clean room. nice location. helpful staff. good breakfast. free coffee. free wifi.
Very helpful and friendly staff Great communication Very good daily cleaning Close to city center (sightseeings) Location: transport, grocery store, chemistry etc We were offered to leave our luggage after check out and even use staff wc))) That is huge plus!
It is silly to expect to see nice community around the train station. So we were not 'surprised'). It just looks a little bit scary, but actually it is the same as the rest of city.
staff are really nice and helpful.
It's very close to train station, which is handy, but that area seems a bit suspicious with a lot of strangers wander in the street in the evening.
Situation and staff
It is near to train station
The environment around the station its not so appealing
short walk, with lots of luggage to train station. Staff were excellent dealing with my last minute request including transfer from Rome airport. Perfect for one night stay, probably wouldn't stay any longer than the one night. Staff were very lovely.
nothing, it was perfect for one night stay given the location of residence.
Location to train station Breakfast
Bed mattress was hard Pillows hard Wifi connection not t Reliable
Once inside we found the room to be ok and once we adjusted to the amount of space it was comfortable enough. Our king sized bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was clean and functional. The bathroom fittings seemed to be new and the bathroom itself was spacious. The air conditioning worked well. The breakfast choices were ample for us and we appreciated the 24 hour coffee machine. There are many nice restaurants and bars within a short walk.
Some might not enjoy staying in this area near the Termini but it did not worry us. Found the room a little small for 4 adults with 4 suitcases but managed ok.
The location and rooms
Great room and bathroom. You could come and go as you liked and eat breakfast whenever you wanted.
Bad connection to wifi only worked at the door. Really hard beds, could feel the springs poking my back all night.
1. Location 2. Facilities 3. Room set up 4. Got exactly what we saw in pictures 5. Very helpful staff (offered his credit card to pay for tour package online for us) We are very thankful for a piece of Roman friendship from everyone we met in Rome, we didn't meet any rude Romans as stated by other reviews
1. Limited breakfast 2. Awkward shower position especially shower screen 3. Neighbourhood is not conducive for timid families (suspicious people loitering outside)
few minutes walk from the train station, easy to find big size room, lighting and the simply design that look nice
the housekeepers entered the room without permission when we were outside. we came back at 10am but they had already packed our baggages and put them to the lobby even we had not do the check-out yet. (the check out time is 11am)
1) Location - very near the train station, convenient and 2) Value for money - for price paid, nothing to complain
Location - for same reason ie near train station, it is noisy and abit unsafe to return late
The staff were really helpful with tips on what to see in a short time in Rome. The room - clean and comfortable. Would recommend.
The location is great next to the Termini. The staff were really nice, kept our luggage after the check out and when we come back even offers us something to drink. The room is cosy and has a nice decoration. Nothing to complain
Very nice staff! Near metro and train station.
Very loud, hard to sleep. Uncomfortable bed. Wifi slow. Hard to find.
That it was close to the station
Too many weird people around the property. No breakfast room. Reception, breakfast, kitchen, cleaning were in the same area. On entering the property one had to cross garbage cans. There no one ever available at the reception for any kind of help No hot water one day out of three days. No proper cold breakfast either.
The location of this hotel was very convenient it travelling by train or metro. The hotel was very secure.
I paid for a double room, the bed was a double but with 2 single mattresses pushed together! I was very annoyed about this as I had paid 64 euros for 1 night.
Location near Rome Termini, just few mintus walk. The place is clean and tidy, staff are very nice.
Location was very convenient for coming and going via railway. David & Emanuel and their staff were really welcoming and helpful, with good advice and tips for dining, etc.
The place is very near to the Roma Termini which makes it very accessible. Also rest of the tours to the various city attractions becomes very convenient.
The beds are spring beds which we found a bit uncomfortable, but that is just a personal observation.
Everything was fine!
Clean , comfort bed , near metro ,like your own service apartment. Have kitchen . Remember must inform them what time your reach the apartment , so that they can open the door and pass you the key , otherwise no staff will at the counter.
We print out the map from booking .com is incorrect.. u need double check the street name and the location..
Place was great, warm, with TV, clean. Staff was helpful and polite! Please be reminded to tell them when you are arriving, so that they come over to check you in, because they have three guesthouses in the nearbies.
There was a ticking sound that I think might have been a clock, but I was too tired to find out what it was.
