Overall an excellent experience with extremely helpful staff. Large boutique hotel room was very nicely appointed with nice touches and a very deep bathtub/shower. As we were repeat visitors to Rome the location was excellent: very close to the metro but far enough from touristy hubbub. Breakfast choices above average with good selection of coffee servings.

Everything about this hotel was good. The staff, nothing is too much trouble for them, friendly and helpful, spotlessly clean hotel, good breakfast, good location, 5 min walk to the metro. We could not find a single thing to fault if we tried. Would certainly stay here again. Very happy.

Staff were very friendly, and helpful in booking tours and informing about transport, and booking taxi for airport transfers.

Although Wi Fi was available and the password and username was given, we could not log on. On the other hand the Hotel computer was always accessible for use.

The hotel was perfect! The staff was very helpful with everything. The hotel was very clean. We stayed 5 days and they changed our bedsheets everyday. They even organized our clothes and our bathroom staff everyday. I also asked for a smoking room and because they don't provide they gave us a room with a balcony so we could smoke. We stayed at 5th floor 505 room. I haven't heard any noise from the rooms next to us like others stated on comments. The location is really good. The Re Di Roma metro is 2 minutes walk from the hotel. There are also supermarkets in the Re Di Roma piazza I highly recommend the hotel We also want to the thank the receptionist Lucilia, she was very kind and helpfull

Their breakfast could have some eggs, tomato and cucumber. And the internet to be connected without asking you a password every 20 minutes they should put a sign outside of the hotel because they don't have and if I haven't checked the road from Google maps and seen the interior of the hotel online it would be hard to identify it.

For the price, this was an excellent place to stay - close to the Metro. We had a room on the top floor with a balcony. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was sufficient, and the wifi was free.

If you want to do a rest in the middle of your sightseeing, this hotel is a little far away, though close to the Metro. The wifi was a little slow sometimes. The walls were rather thin, so we could hear our neighbors' bathroom rather well.

Near Metro , Good Breakfast and service

Fantastic location - one minute from a square with playground, bank, metro station, supermarket and very tasty pizza... Ideal for family with young children. The room itself was excellent for it's price - fits four, two bathrooms (one with jacuzzi), partition to separate it into two smaller rooms if required, quite large balcony for the children to play in or to enjoy a drink / takeaway pizza. It had a friendly, small boutique hotel feel - you weren't "lost" in a huge hotel.

Luxury rooms, ok price, awesomely helpful staff, cleanliness, paying attention to smaller details.

Breakfast menu can be a drag. You cant eat the same stuff everyday and its just breads.

Very nice room, perfect for a family with two bathrooms, balcony and a separate master bedroom. Much value for the money!

The hotel is very near the Metro Station and walking distance to Bus no. 81 (best bus to go around Rome, it passes on all important sites and ends in the Vatican City). Breakfast is good, but needs to have variety. Another plus factor of this hotel is the room, it's spacious. The lady staff in the reception is very helpful.

Hotel is in quiet area, 3 mins to Metro station. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Reception ladies were very helpful. Very good value for money.

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were big and comfortable, and very clean. The small things were nice like free slippers and Easter eggs left on our pillow on Easter morning. The hotel is ideally located in a quiet area next to a metro station that takes you directly to the main sights in around 10min.
