The attention from the staff

Quiet and it was a good place to work on a wet day. Staff were efficient and friendly. It is certainly quirky with paintings and decor that were probably dated in the 1950's. Awful weather and end of season made my judgement more severe than it probably deserves.

The location is good if you wish to do business as it is close to a business park. Also close to motorway. If you have a car it is ok too but not sure whether it would be a place to stay if you are looking for a sense of Italy or commanding views. Breakfast was adequate but staff very friendly. Main complaint was that the internet was not powerful enough for my needs.

Although it may have seen better days, the hotel is well maintained and clean, the grounds and parking are good. It was perfect for us as we did not need to be right in Modena, but rather needed a close enough place to get to it and still be able to park comfortably, and commute to Maranello. Breakfast was very good. There is a lounge with functional coffee/bar... Good for a night cap. The English tv channel could not be received when we were there. The Receptionist was ever so helpful with restaurant and tour recommendations. Good value.

I do not feel this is a hotel for a 'holiday' but yes for a stop over or for visiting the city. Functional, clean place to sleep and have a shower and breakfast. We didn't like that, as it is next to a river, there were a lot of mosquitos, and when opening the window they would all come in. The aircon was noisy.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, not very far from city center, though not a walking distance. As we arrived in the evening, we were very hungry. The hotel was very helpful to prepare a dinner just for the four of us. Our room (double room) was a bit small but clean and nice, bathroom was very clean and nice. Overall we were satisfied and would recommend staying in this hotel.

Hotel looks slightly outdated and is need some renovation. However, everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was not to my taste, but nothing too bad.

La professionalita dello staff e la gentilezza dimostrata

Viaggiamo molto, soggiorniamo sempre attraverso booking. Siamo sempre sinceri. Ma questa volta proprio tutto eccezionale l'accoglienza, la deliziosa gentilezza (naturale e innata non di professione) di tutto il personale particolarmente le ragazze della reception. Vista poi l'offerta booking .......davvero una esperienza bellissima. E la colazione! Vi raccomando le marmellate. Grazie

Tutto assolutamente perfetto. Staff gentilissimo, ottima colazione, pulizia impeccabile. Torneremo sicuramente alla prossima occasione.

Camera spaziosa e confortevole, personale dell'hotel gentile e disponibile, assolutamente consigliabile per rapporto qualità prezzo.

Vista la posizione, l'hotel si trova nella periferia di Modena, è quasi indispensabile avere un mezzo proprio per raggiungere il centro città.

La gentilezza del personale, ci hanno spostato di loro spontanea volontà in una junior suite perché ne avevano la possibilità. Staff adorabile e hotel molto bello e pratico.
