Zimmer sehr komfortabel und großzügig ausgestattet. Frühstücksbuffett sehr gut. Hotelmitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Teile des Hotels sind noch in Fertigstellung - wäre in der Beschreibung eine Erwähnung wert. |

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort und da war alles o. K. Im Zimmer war ein merkwürdiger Geruch. Das Restaurant war zumindest Sonntagabend nicht geöffnet. Allerdings hätte die Möglichkeit bestanden, einen Pizzaservice anzurufen. |

Die Zimmer waren ganz nett auch wenn da und dort aus der Mauer ein Kabel ragte und einige Lampen keinen Strom hatten. Der Service war ziemlich schlecht, wir haben 15 Minuten an der Reception gewartet und niemand war da. Beim Frühstück lief der Fernseher laut, sehr ungemütlich. |

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und die Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Gut waren die Parkplätze vor dem Hotel und der Preis war sehr günstig. Die Umbaumaßnahmen behinderten doch, das Schwimmbad war von Bauarbeitern umgeben, das Bad roch unangenehm, die Internetverbindung teilweise unterbrochen. Die Lage zum Zentrum ist nicht sehr günstig, aber die Parkmöglichkeit am Best Western Hotel hilft sehr. |

Das Hotel ist frisch renoviert. Die Einrichtungen sind neu und auf neuestem Stand. Ein paar kleine Design-Ideen verbergen sich hier und da. Die Betten sind in Ordnung. Die Arbeiten an der Fassade sind noch im Gange, stören aber nicht wirklich. Es gab keinen Grund zum Meckern. |

Good sized, comfortable rooms, parking available. There was a pool advertised but there is no pool at the hotel, it is under development. |

The room was large, with easy exit to the balcony; the ensuite bathroom was luxurious and the toiletries therein of good quality. Breakfast included several choices and was servd by pleasant staff. It was obviously undergoing building work and so restaurant,pool and bar closed. Also problem with plumbing. |

This is a very newly renovated hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was fantastic! The breakfast is continental but very good. There is a bus stop outside (no 1) that will take you into the old town. Or it is an easy walk of 1 1/2 km. There are maps at reception. It is excellent value for money. The hotel is ugly from the outside and still has the old Regent Residence signage on it. |

The welcome we had from the staff as non of us could speak Italian. The staff were extremely helpful in organising our trips either by bus or taxi. |

The hotel will be very nice when the work is completed. Our room size was beyond expectations and well furnished if not entirely complete in some ways. Yes, it was very difficult to check in as the temporary lobby was in a basement hallway and there were many stairs to navigate with our luggage. The staff was very helpfull. |

Il mio soggiorno è stato troppo breve per dare un giudizio sulla qualità e quantità dei servizi offerti. Ho molto apprezzato la possibilità di spostarsi da e per l'Hotel con i servizi pubblici. Con un unico autobus si arriva alla Stazione Ferroviaria,all'aeroporto o in centro città. |

l'hotel è abbastanza facile da raggiungere anche per chi non conosce la città. Ha parcheggio all'interno del giardino, anche se non custodito. Nonostante l'intenso traffico, dato che si trova vicino all'ospedale, le camere sono insonorizzate, E' pulito e rinnovato. Cattiva coibentazione della doccia, che ha sparso acqua sul pavimento, inconveniente minore, segnalato alla reception |
