The decor could do with a little updating.

Location very good with using the metro. Very spacious room. Clean. Comfort of sleep, quiet zone. Kitchenete, with possibility of cooking and coffee. Balkony! lovely coffee with a perspective of Alpine mountains. Internet ok, TV very limited number of channels

At the arrival strange smell of chemical supplies. Breakfast average, but you must understand typical italian breakfast (no ham, cheese, vegetables or fruits).

Everything incl. the parking etc.

Everything was great. We strongly recommended this hotel.

Clean and value for money

The refrigerator did not function. There was very hot during the night.

Everything as expected. The wifi internet was working ok, also the temperature in the room was ok. The staff was frendly and polite.

Very comfortable if you travelled by car! We was going from bergamo at night and was staying at this hotel for one night! It's comfortable to check-in at night because of the reception is working 24 hours a day! So after we was coming to Verona to our B&B!

Everything was great, and we also enjoyed the restaraunt,which was kind of connected with this hotel, was excellent- both the food and the atmosphere there.

That from time to time there were some problems with the internet, although there should have been a 'Wi-Fi' connection available 24/7.

Everything- clean and confortable

Spacious, clean and very well equipped room. Extremely large balcony on with a view of the mountains (advanced room on the last floor). Standard, but quite sufficient breakfast. Wi-Fi and big free parking. Good value for money!

Swiming pool

The hotel is fabulous, first impressions from the exterior is a bit misleading bug once inside the hotel is beautiful! As they say, never judge a book by it cover! The rooms ae spacious and cleaned daily. They are modern yet minimalistic and also very comfortable! Each room has a balcony too. The hotel staff are very friendly and very helpful. Oh and last but not least... The roof top pool. Amazing! Hotel worthy of 5 stars!

A little disappointed compared to other hotels we used this holiday. The beds were large and comfortable. The bathroom was v clean.

Walls a bit scruffy, hotel a bit dark, pool a little grimy. Everything requires a refresh. Hotel restaurant was "closed for holiday week" when we arrived and breakfast was not up to the quality of other hotels - all industrial versions (i.e. Canned fruit instead of fresh). Hotel is located some distance from town centre in area with lots of roadworks, so felt quite abandoned... Overall adequate, but would not choose to return.

The location of the hotel was great, the rooms were spacious, the big terrace was a big plus. On the roof of the hotel is very nice swimming pool.

The smell in our two rooms was really very bad. We slept the whole night with open windows, used parfumes, blowed even cigar smoke from the balcony to the room, just to get rid of the rotten smell, but it didnt really helped. Thankfully, we only stayed one night in this hotel. We travelled with the whole family. Two rooms very extremly smelly, the other were fine... My advice: if you face this problem and the hotel is not booked out, try to get another room.

The hotel is good situated for trips to Lake Iseo, Lake Garda, Verona, Bergamo, etc. The service at the reception and breakfast area was good.

The housekeeping needs improvement and a vacuum-cleaner. They didn't vacuum all week? And the corners for months. Only the bed and bathroom was cleaned everyday.

Have been for a second time - just great. There's nothing to complain about.

Organization of the breakfast was poor, not inaf staff

Great small pool with lovely view of the mountains. Wonderfully helpful front desk staff.

A fair distance from the town centre but with a good bus route. Breakfasts are spartan.

Our room was very spacious and clean.

The location is nearly outside the town; you cannot walk to the citycenter ; its noisy; the terrace is unusable, because of the noise and the closeness of neighbours ; swimming pool is too small, even the kids didn't like it. The breakfast takes ages, because there is only one coffee machine !

Just didnt value it higher due to the location, close to a busy highway. Excellent value though.
