The welcome we had from the staff as non of us could speak Italian. The staff were extremely helpful in organising our trips either by bus or taxi. |

The hotel will be very nice when the work is completed. Our room size was beyond expectations and well furnished if not entirely complete in some ways. Yes, it was very difficult to check in as the temporary lobby was in a basement hallway and there were many stairs to navigate with our luggage. The staff was very helpfull. |

Appena rifatto, molto confortevole e silenzioso, ottimo per chi soggiorna in citta' per poche notti. Pulito. Nessuna, forse la posizione un po' decentrata rispetto al centro citta'. |

Cortesia del personale e pulizia delle camere. Sta per essere completata la ristruutturazione quindi è tutto nuovo.Anche se un po' piccola la piscina sul tetto con relativa terrazza è apprezzabile. |

Propreté de la chambre et parking privé. Hôtel en travaux donc certains services (salon, bar etc.) sont absents. Il y a aussi beaucoup de travaux autour de l'hôtel. |

Das Hotel ist frisch renoviert. Die Einrichtungen sind neu und auf neuestem Stand. Ein paar kleine Design-Ideen verbergen sich hier und da. Die Betten sind in Ordnung. Die Arbeiten an der Fassade sind noch im Gange, stören aber nicht wirklich. Es gab keinen Grund zum Meckern. |

Lo staff è stato molto cordiale, la stanza è completamente nuova e pulitissima, e hanno fatto soggiornare il mio cane (abituato agli hotel e dorme nella sua gabbia) gratuitamente e senza obiezioni. |

Une chambre spacieuse confortable avec terrasse, écran plat et TNT, salle de bain spacieuse et propre. L'hôtel est en travaux de rénovation il n'y a que quelques chambres utilisables.La réception est dans un couloir accessible par une entrée de service.Il n'y a pas de salle de repas et le petit déjeuner se prend dasn un autre hôtel à 2 kms. Il faut peutêtre attendre la fin des travaux pour prendre plaisir à passer une nuit dans cet résidence hôtel |
