very clean and comfortable room, friendly staff. 15 min bus ride from centre, and busses fairly frequent. enjoyed our stay thoroughly. |

Good sized, comfortable rooms, parking available. There was a pool advertised but there is no pool at the hotel, it is under development. |

The room was large, with easy exit to the balcony; the ensuite bathroom was luxurious and the toiletries therein of good quality. Breakfast included several choices and was servd by pleasant staff. It was obviously undergoing building work and so restaurant,pool and bar closed. Also problem with plumbing. |

Free internet access. Exceptionally clean room with TV and free WIFI.Parking free. Roof top pool Construction noise hotel is renovating on the top floor. Nowhere to walk to within reasonable distance for a beer |

This is a very newly renovated hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was fantastic! The breakfast is continental but very good. There is a bus stop outside (no 1) that will take you into the old town. Or it is an easy walk of 1 1/2 km. There are maps at reception. It is excellent value for money. The hotel is ugly from the outside and still has the old Regent Residence signage on it. |

The welcome we had from the staff as non of us could speak Italian. The staff were extremely helpful in organising our trips either by bus or taxi. |

The hotel will be very nice when the work is completed. Our room size was beyond expectations and well furnished if not entirely complete in some ways. Yes, it was very difficult to check in as the temporary lobby was in a basement hallway and there were many stairs to navigate with our luggage. The staff was very helpfull. |

la ubicacion es excelente, no esta en el mogollon y sin embargo esta a 5 minutos caminando del puente viejo. la terraza es fantastica, se ve el duomo, y el arno. la habitacion es enorme |

personal muy amable, tuvimos un problema con la impresion de nuestro billete de avion y nos lo imprimieron en recepcion.el desayuno esta bien y la habitacion es muy grande para tres pèrsonas.parking gratis y wifi gratis. |

Il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccezionale, per chi è in transito o deve fermarsi per lavoro è perfetto, ha 5 minuti di macchina il centro di brescia, con ottimi ristoranti e bar. la pulizia, la disponibilità del personale e l'ottima insonorizzazione delle camere., |

Il mio soggiorno è stato troppo breve per dare un giudizio sulla qualità e quantità dei servizi offerti. Ho molto apprezzato la possibilità di spostarsi da e per l'Hotel con i servizi pubblici. Con un unico autobus si arriva alla Stazione Ferroviaria,all'aeroporto o in centro città. |

l'hotel è abbastanza facile da raggiungere anche per chi non conosce la città. Ha parcheggio all'interno del giardino, anche se non custodito. Nonostante l'intenso traffico, dato che si trova vicino all'ospedale, le camere sono insonorizzate, E' pulito e rinnovato. Cattiva coibentazione della doccia, che ha sparso acqua sul pavimento, inconveniente minore, segnalato alla reception |

Personal amable , habitaciones muy amplias, internet gratis y posibilidad de utilizar el ordenador del hotel y la impresora, habitaciones totalmetne nuevas Es necesario tener coche para llegar al hotel, bueno aunque hay autobuses urbanos que llegan,. pero es comodo si se tiene un coche ademas aparcar gratis dentro del hotel esta muy bien |

camera nuova molto bella. Posizione eccellente x Ospedale Università. Il garage è ancora da ristrutturare. Però è funzionale e sono stati gentili nel concederlo per qualche ora in più. |

La ristrutturazione recente delle camere. Ascensore vetusto, impossibilità di contattare il ricevimento dal telefono interno,impossibilità di spegnere il climatizzatore (si riaccende da solo), colazione carente,wi-fi non accessibile senza password (è segnalato free). |
