The staff was polite and helpful, the position is excellent and the hotel is near to the city metro, easy access from the highway.

The breakfast could be a little better.

Convenience - close to the airport

The shuttle service to the airport did not start until 7.30 am, far too late for our needs.

The hotel was close to the metro, with a shuttle available. It was a 15 minute metro ride to the Duomo, with easy connections. It was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was execellent. The hotel was a great value for the rate.

You could not use the internet without a cell phone. This was a problem, since we did not have an international cell phone.

Staff was surly and unhelpful. Failed to do laundry requested. Internet access was very difficult and expensive. Directions to airport were unavailable or unclear.

Small and very hard bed and pillow. I decided to not to return to this hotel.For the wellness facility you need to pay extra and book upfront.

We had a rental car but did not have directions from the Linate airport in Milan to the Rege. The hotel happily and immediately sent out a shuttle for us to follow back to the hotel. Unfortunately, we did not get his nam, but the shuttle driver was very courteous, helpful, and friendly. He was also working as a staff member do delivered towels to our room. The breakfast at the Rege was excellen

Internet should be free, you require a cell phone as thier provider sends you the access code over a cell, my north american service providers phone does not work here, I wasted $30E.They say its free on their website

The hotel was right in the center of a small town outside Venice but impossible to find.

The personnel did not speak English well enough to tell us how to get to the hotel.
