Quality / price. Nice employees. Nice location (be careful: not in centre). My second time in this hotel: this weekend I booked a three persons room. This room was old and near a terrific / noisy machine (which was our perspective from the window). |

Hotel can be rate as 2*+ or 3* not 4*! There r no WiFi in the rooms, bathroom isn`t good (old & broken daesn`t mean vintage), staffs especially reseption r lazy & cheeky. Also hotel is far from the center (about 1 hour by walk). |

The breakfast is ok, rooms are ok and the bathrooms are nice and clean. I've made the reservation for the Regent Hotel and they put us in Ritz Hotel; the hotel is ok but is not a 4* , there is a lot of noise from outside, especially in the morning. |

There are some urgent renovations to do: double glased windows (the rooms are too noisy) and doors. The lighteningin the room is insufficient. |

Very nice big and clean rooms, friendly and helpfull stuff We stayed 2 nights in 1st floor which was very noisy and 3 nights in 5th floor which was perfect. |

Nice old hotel that could be much better if the bathroom facilities could be renovated and upgraded. The lamp in the bathroom was not working and the bathtub drain was partially clogged and would not empty properly. I asked for the lamp to be replaced and the drain fixed. Neither the lamp nor the drain were fixed and there was no reply from the hotel staff on this. |

Vicinanza alla stazione del treno urbano, colazione a buffet abbastanza fornita (peccato che il caffè non sia espresso ma liofilizzato...la differenza si sente!), forniture del bagno ben adeguate, personale perlopiù disponibile (ma non sempre chiaro nelle spiegazioni). La carenza più madornale è stata l'impossibilità di ottenere una bottiglia d'acqua dopo l'orario di cena: il nostro frigobar era vuoto e non ce l'hanno mai rifornito, I bar in zona erano chiusi e ci è toccato, dopo aver girato il quartiere alla ricerca, andarla a chiedere al portiere del Ritz (che è collegato), e non dico il prezzo... Inoltre I lettori delle chiavi magnetiche non funzionano alla prima, e non c'è stato verso di far funzionare l'aria condizionata: di conseguenza, ho dovuto lasciare di notte la finestra aperta per metà, e così venire svegliata dalle luci dell'alba e dal rumore in strada, che è parecchio trafficata. |

Camera fatiscente, poco pulita, assolutamente non da 4 stelle. Mi è stata cancellata la prenotazione per un problema con la carta di credito e non sono stato neanche avvertito. La stessa camera mi è stata proposta sul momento con un sovrapprezzo di 30 euro. |
