Score from 327 reviews Good
Good value for money, very good location - public transport in 20 meters from hotel's door, green park nearby
In need of refurbishment, scant choice at breakfast
the location was good near to the train station and the staff were really friendly.
there was no kettle for coffee or tea in the room and the breakfast was not that great just good.
The air conditioning didn't work very well.
The staff is fantastic. Everything you ask is "Of course we can do it for you" Location is great. Breakfast is very nice. The staff in this hotel made me recommend to my parents to go there next year.
Location Breakfast included Rooms are nice and big enough for 3 person Clean Staff
Wi-Fi is not working in the rooms, only in the lobby
Best part was the train station at 100 metres walk from the hotel And bus stop at 200 metres, which would directly connect to termini. Next to hotel there is also a super market. Rooms are very good luxury and spacious. Breakfast is not but not the best.
The location is awesome - it's less than a minute's walk to the underground and from there it's easy to get around the city.
I could smell cigarette smoke in my room and the staff member I told didn't seem to care. I was forced to pay a tax that I hadn't been told about before. I was locked out of my room and when I went down to the front desk I got the surprise of being asked for a city tax.
The hotel was clean and relatively quiet.
I had wi-fi issues and when brought to the attention of the front desk they didn't care nor did they seem to want to help me.
Very noisy street
Everything perfect except that room near elavotor is very noisy. From 8 am can not sleep - because people going and you can hear everything.
room near elevator is too noisy
Location. Train station is 50 away Choise of meals at breakfast Reception staff. Not as friendly as your grandma, but do their job.
Room sound isolation. Could hear all bypassers and vice versa if standing outside. Laking of essential furniture. Bathroom is asking for renovation.
The staff is really good and professional, location of Hotel is very good.
Rearrangements, misplaced room booking, and the bad smell in dining area. It kind of reminded on MacDonald's billboard/reality experience.
The staff was very kind and professionnal
Location close to the Auditorium Quiet
Room really small No view at all Old fashioned
The location of the hotel next to a subway station is extremely convenient. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
The coffee shop opposite the hotel where I got a good breakfast and hot beverages.
The room was the darkest and dingiest room I have come across in all my travels including Somalia. When I informed the person at reception in typical Roman fashion just shrugged his shoulders. Also beware of so called 4 star hotels in Rome, most of them are about a 1 star internationally if they are lucky.. Hot breakfast was always cold and stale hence my visits to the Coffee shop opposite the hotel. good hotel for backpackers unfortunately for me its the closest hotel to my office
wifi was only available in the lobby of the hotel.
We liked the location and that we felt safe in that part of Rome. Relatively clean when compared to the rest of Rome.
The air conditioning didn't work well, tiny bathrooms, and breakfast was not good!
Russian speaking staff, some of the staff are very friendly. good environment, food shop and restaurant near the hotel perfect room making up.
i was in this hotel 14 days and... reception staff in most cases have actual information about check in/out only, no any actual info about it own restaurant and etc. this hotel is group oriented, they always have a queue in the morning and evening everywhere, at the reception desk, at the restaurant, at the hall and... lift's. restaurant is not available for the individuals, when groups in the hotel, working hours only at the evening in my info. they have bar too, but ... it does not have any food from 10 till 19, and no any barmen working hours at the evening from 19 till 22... but info at the lift and reception desk was informed, that bar is open 9am till 23. to get food from the hotel at the evening and in the midday it is very difficult quest. in most cases, it is little bit simple quest to get the breakfast. Breakfast... it is another quest to find the available table, most of it is dirty and have a lot of dirty dishes from other peoples, who was left restaurant more than 20 minutes ago. staff is making up the tables veeeeeeeerrrrryyy slow, they are "sleeping" at work. no fruits at the breakfast. wifi is 100 Kilobytes per second it is too slow too. third day my room wasnt made up, the reason " you was in the room and switched on 'do not disturb'", while i was in the room for 1.5-2 hours of whole day. it was fixed when i ask for managers contacts. i cant get his contacts, but towels was changed and recycle bin was cleaned. transfer, which was ordered via the hotel, was late for 15minutes...the reason is... traffic...transfer was ordered at 6am... no any traffic at this time...rrrrrr it is too many troubles for 4 stars hotel.
Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. good front for hotel. very close to my lawyers office. a great bar called "Carrots" is just 120 metres from hotel, saved drinking at the hotel bar which was a lifeless and devoid of service.
on the weekend the hot breakfast was a disaster. pity it does not have an out door area besides the hotel entrance.
Arrogant, rude woman at the reception who broke all my stay. Dark room with view to the kitchen and inside court - trying to get some day light after this view I had to pull curtains back immediately. Impossible to turn off the air condition - I was freezing by night and had to listen to the noise all night. It was warmer outside. WiFi did not work at all, even if you get the password at the reception. I do not like to complain but this hotel made me crazy and the worst was the experience with woman at the reception right after arrival, she mixed up her role with the prison guard
Located beside a grocery store Decent wifi in lobby Good breakfast options
Rude staff Terrible bathroom facility in rooms Wifi only available in the lobby Room keys always needed to be reactivated because they stopped working Couches in the lobby are old and disgusting
Wi-fi did not work on my laptop and we could not turn off the air conditioning in the room. The bathroom was full of flies.
Staff was friendly, helpful. We had only some problem with the reservation, and it was me who has to suggest solution, because at first time they said that they can not help. Location is quite good, easy to travel to the centre. Breakfast was included, it was OK, but could be more variable.
In our room it was not possible to close the door of the bathroom. The card for the door was not working and many times had to go down from the 8th floor to the reception to help me to get into our room. WI-FI was not working for 3 days.
Transportation, the hotel is built on the top of Metro station that take you every where
No facilities at all, Old furniture Expensive for the services Differently not 4 star
