The environment is really quite and the room very big. We had a great time! Thank you to the excellent staff!
This place was in a bad part of town. And isnt even a hotel! Its someone who is renting out rooms in their apartment.
The only plus point of this place is its close proximity to the train station.
The only lift in the building was not working during the time we were staying there, so we had to climb 4 flights of stairs each day. Not one of the highlights of the trip. The shower head in the bathroom was broken, making it almost impossible to shower. Furthermore, there was no one at the reception desk for two nights to contact and report the problem to. So we had to make do with a tap that sprayed water in all directions. Be warned that the room is not as spacious nor newly renovated as the picture shows. The whole place was rather shabby.
free WiFi, nice host
room was not very clean, there was dust on the floor, bathroom was also not cleaned, won't go there again;
I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel. Our room was clean，The staff were helpful
Waited over an hour just to be let in the front door, man who worked there was extremely surprised we were there, kept asking if I had a reservation! He then said I need to get the room ready, after a hour he gave the keys, and I wondered what he had actually done to the room to get it ready.... It was a good location as near bus, train and metro. No one was ever around to ask anything, at one point the door buzzer rang for 2 hours, I went and let the other guests in myself who then called Booking.com, if you go to rome, save a little extra and stay somewhere else
Great location to railway station the bus to the airport
A little difficult to find due to I being located in a apartment block
Pictures far from the reality Staff didn't speak English much
Location near Termini station and Metro.
Neighbourhood Hard to find reception.
The host. Close to city center.
Accommodation looks bit better on the photos than in reality
Good location as its so close to termini and there is a big supermarket in the station. Room is quiet and the air conditioner is a life saver in summer.
Bathroom is a bit dark and smelly.
Very difficult to find,it's just a flat in old building. The walls are very thin, you can hear everything what say people that stay at another room.Sleepless nights!
Quality of Wi-Fi Location
Cockroaches in the kitchen!! No room service (was done only first day, when it had to be done 3 days) No parquet floor as described, just brick floor.
The room is close to termini station. I would recommend it for one night only
The room is a room in a flat, the site said it had breakfast but then when after i booked it said no meal option. The room is not very clean and does not feel comfortable.
The apartment is very nice. Very close to Termini station which is very comfortable.
Dangerous area. Be careful. A lot of robbers.
Owner was very kind and helpful.
Thomas was a great host, very accommodating. The room was spacious with a great bathroom, tv, wi-fi, safe box and storage. The location meant that it was easy for us to see Rome in just a weekend!
It was a tad cold at night, but apparantly this is due to the automatic heating system of the whole building.
