Score from 437 reviews Good
Great location to railway station the bus to the airport
A little difficult to find due to I being located in a apartment block
Pictures far from the reality Staff didn't speak English much
Location near Termini station and Metro.
Neighbourhood Hard to find reception.
The host. Close to city center.
Accommodation looks bit better on the photos than in reality
Good location as its so close to termini and there is a big supermarket in the station. Room is quiet and the air conditioner is a life saver in summer.
Bathroom is a bit dark and smelly.
Very difficult to find,it's just a flat in old building. The walls are very thin, you can hear everything what say people that stay at another room.Sleepless nights!
Quality of Wi-Fi Location
Cockroaches in the kitchen!! No room service (was done only first day, when it had to be done 3 days) No parquet floor as described, just brick floor.
The room is close to termini station. I would recommend it for one night only
The room is a room in a flat, the site said it had breakfast but then when after i booked it said no meal option. The room is not very clean and does not feel comfortable.
The apartment is very nice. Very close to Termini station which is very comfortable.
Dangerous area. Be careful. A lot of robbers.
Owner was very kind and helpful.
Thomas was a great host, very accommodating. The room was spacious with a great bathroom, tv, wi-fi, safe box and storage. The location meant that it was easy for us to see Rome in just a weekend!
It was a tad cold at night, but apparantly this is due to the automatic heating system of the whole building.
Good Room Good Bathroom Good Location Good Hygiene
Bad Breakfast (wich is not a problem because of the location)
Big room, Free Wifi.
The pictures of the Web page seems to be better than reality. It is a flat with 4 rooms. Near the Termini station but not a very good place. Minimal breakfast. Room not cleaned every day. In my opinion too expensive for the service.
Because it was just for sleeping you pay a correct price.
Breakfast was poor the first 2 days.
It was modern and our host was the best. He was very informative and helpful. Easy to get to where we needed to go. Would stay there again.
I'm use to sleeping on soft beds so the bed there was a bit hard for me.
Thomas was very helpful
We thought we were staying in a hotel. It was an apartment block, with no major signage of RegiaRoma. The lift very small. The breakfast was a croissant tea or coffee if you were lucky. As long as you didn't want to eat when one of the other rooms were using the kitchen table.(there were 3 other rooms on the 4th floor who were owned by RegiaRoma).I also did not like the area next to Rome central train station.Very dirty, alcohol being drunk on the streets (bottles everywhere.)Did not feel safe.
this place is only a few metres from termini train station, and although the termini neighbourhood is not too good, this place is quietly tucked away in a side street so you wont be bothered by any of that. staff is very nice and helpful, hotel and room interior are minimal but everythings clean. our room was quite spacy too. nothing romantic or special but for this price and our needs very satisfying!
Clean comfy good location good staff
RegiaRoma was a quick walk from Termini and attractions in Rome, but was far enough away from the trains that it was quiet. Thomas was very helpful and kind. The rooms were large and there was a fully equipped kitchen available. We definitely recommend to couples, families, backpackers, etc!
Close to the Pisa Square and Tower. Good to walk around the township and alleyways.
Proximity to the train station - Roma Termini
No room service Poor breakfast Broken toilet seat cover
The room was really clean and tidy, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The location was good as its less than a 5 minute walk to the main station and metro lines, and a 10-15 minute walk to Saint Mary Maggoire Basillica.
The breakfast let this place down, it was just toast and coffee. And whilst the location was good for transport, it was about a half an hour walk in to the centre of the city.
thank you, all very well
