beautiful view a typical Italian hotel in very touristic area. Poor reception personel and not well maintained room. but view from the room was very nice. |

The view and location were excellent. The pool on the premises was private and lovely, and the garden along the walkway was beautiful. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. I would rate this hotel as a 3 star but would definitely stay here again. The water did not drain well in the bath tub and sometimes the plumbing in the shower made strange noises. I think the drains need some drain cleaner to allow good drainage in the pipes. |

The view was tremendous, unbeatable. Good location. The hotel is in need of renovation. The floors of the room and the terrace were not cleaned. The bed sheets were tatty. Breakfast was very average, at best, with essential ingredients missing. There was no information supplied about procedures to get to the hotel from the ferry. For travelers not familiar with the island of Capri it was a nightmare. The plumbing was very unsatisfactory, at times there was no water, and at other times the water was brown. The bathtub was usavoury. |
