The room was big and clean slight old world feeling. the facilities at the hotel were amazing and catered well for our family. many activities for the children and us to enjoy together. A short walk into the centre of Santa Margherita made the location perfect.Staff were very informative and helpful in everyway.

Location is very nice, hotel has private beach (but sunbeds and umbrella to be paid on top)

Very old dirty hotel, small old rooms on the level of hostel or 2 stars hotel. Unfriendly staff. Wi-Fi is very slow and working only on reception area. Rent of sunbed for guests of hotel costs 18 euro per day for 1 person.

The facilities and room were excellent. The staff were very helpful

I had no complaints of the Regina other than the price for lying on a deck chair was far too expensive

The location was wonderful, right on the water, and so close to everything in Santa Margherita. The public rooms on the ground floor were lovely. We were automatically upgraded to a room in the main hotel. We were only there for one night, so we did not use the beach, pool or exercise room, but if we had stayed longer these would have been appreciated.

Location is superb, just opposite the beach and on the road to Portofino, swimming pool and sun lounges in roof were lovely, all staff were exceptional and helped a lot.

Wifi didn't work in our building and had to go to main building to use. Room was a little on the small side but comfortable enough.

We did get a sea view as requested. The annexe was fine and very quiet. When the car park was full, our car was parked under ground with assistance. This was much appreciated. Proximity to the town is good and would recommend.

We had to ask for a kettle, which I thought should have been there in the first place.

Too expensive in relation to the comfort! Prices not correctly quoted on your website!

The premise was very nice and the pool/jacuzzi was beautiful

the jacuzzi needs to be way hotter as it was very mild - borderline cold the bikes to rent are a nice to have but the bikes themselves need some work on them - seat wasn't safe, bike makes a lot of noise, flimsy expensive but the area itself is expensive

Hotel overpriced! We stayed in a dark room that hadn't be changed since the 70's! The receptionist said sea view but it really was looking over the car park. Breakfast is overpriced too and bikes are €10 for a day

Location is great as it is a quick walk into the center of town so you don't get all the noise.

There is no wi-fi if you aren't staying in the main building. Also our room was right under where the scuba diving facilities are and couldn't have our window open as the were very loud at dawn.

Hospitality and rooftop with amazing view, pool and jacuzzi. They messed up our reservation in the dependence and inmediatly gave us an upgrade to the main building with sea view for the original price. They didn't charge the parking and they gave us a complementary bottle of champagne for the honey moon. Finally they allowed for luggage to be stored even when our stay expired.

The room was absurdly small and the bed barely fitted two people

The rooms are old and run down and look like cheap Highway Motel rooms. (Old furniture, little alarm clocks, cheap bed covers...) Make sure you are aware that this is not part of the Best Western building next door, which for the price is not that much more appealing.

Loved the private beach and the location. 10min walk from the centre of Santa Margerita but far away from the noise.

The fact that the first day it was free to use the beach but on august 15th we paid 24euros for 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella! Since you are staying at the hotel you shouldn't have to pay!!! A bit overpriced for what you get by paying for a 4star hotel.

The location of the hotel is amazing and the people working there are very friendly and helpfull. For a fast stay its reasonable but should improve the quality of the rooms.

The facilities, specially the rooms are not a four star standard, and the beds aren]t confortable at all, although they are very clean. The breakfast is a bit fast food, specially the fruit that was canned. It is a animal friend hotel and that is okay, the problem is that they let the animals on the room floors and this is an hazard for peoples health. So keep the animal friendly but prevent people from taking them to the rooms or elevators.
