Our room was unbearably hot. The staff explained that the ac had been switched off as autumn had arrived and seemed totally uninterested by my complaint. I shall also be raising this with Best Western. |

THe environment and the view: luckily we had the view to the sea. The other optio would have been the view to the parking lot. The personnel was not that nice when I complained about our room being in the garage building in the parking lot. |

Close proximity to town and easy access to the #82 Bus. Staff was lazy when it came to checking out. Would not do it the night before, and no one was willing to do it before 0715. Breakfast was also not served until 0730. |

Location Rooms were in an Annex, - this was not clarified when booking. "Beach" was definitely wrong, Gravel and Rocks - impossible for non swimmers to enter water. - Adjacent Hotels had much better Beach facilities. - Also "beach" facilities cost way too much!. |
