Very good situation. Near from every touristic places. Clean & good bed. Safe neighborhood. No noice from the street (room118). Rapid and easy contact.

Just some noice on the morning because the room was close to the entrance.

Location (close to bus stations, metro, mini market, most of the sightseeings are in a walking distance). Not so expensive (for the center of Rome). It has a small kitchen and a fridge so you are independent (if you like so). Change towels daily. Although located in a relatively noisy street, it has good soundproofing. Although we booked a room, they gave us a two levels apartement in a nearby building, which was more roomy and confortable (no extra charge).

We stayed in another building close to Regina (Via Napoli), in the 4th floor, where a strange odor was present the first day. Maybe they had to leave the window open. The rest of the days we had no problem. Also if you are a webaholic get an extra wifi antenna. The signal was sometimes weak, but present.

lack of doorbell on the main doors of the building - hotel is located on the first floor of a big building. We got hard time for ringing reception of the other hotel located in the same building to let us in.

the excellent location - colisseo and piazza Venezia about 10-15 min on foot, metro Republica is 3 min on foot, the best price, big room for 4 person+kitchen. no breakfast but good cafe near hotel. anyway if will be in Roma again - we ll book it!

Transfer to delta air at airport seft us at terminal 3 not the required terminal 5.

The location is great, the facilities are ordinary. Basic accommodation, but very clean

Very close to Rome Termini station. Room is clean and staff is friendly.

Though by the street, not that easy to find the hotel.

Regina giovana is located very close to the metro station republica and also very close by feet to fontana di trevi. We got around almost always by feet. Our room was very clean and the hotel is actualy renovated so the facilities are new. All in all great value for money!! It was a great choice and i would stay there again if ever in Rome!

The wifi was available only in part of our room since it was lockated far from the reception. Also the walls were very thin. We could here the noise from the next room like there was no wall between us.

Price was good. Room cleaned regularly.

Wifi stopped working after the first day and did not work for the next 3 days. Reception closed at 7pm Room was a little bit small for 3 beds

Localizacao

Por chegarmos ao hotel as 23h, tivemos de fazer o check in a outro hotel, localizado noutra rua. So tivemos conhecimento desse facto no momento em que la chegamos e a recepcao se encontrava sem ninguem! Sem pequeno almoco.

Everything was great!!! The room was clean and after a renovation. The stuff is friendly and polite

It was a bit of smell on the floor

We stayed in a big room with a deck so we could confortably accomodate 4 people. The hotel is well located being close to the metro and the main train stations. The street where the hotel is located has good restaurant and pub options and you can easily go from there to the main city atractions.

Wifi was not working in our room, signal level too low.

La ubicación es lo único que hay que rescatar

La atención pésima, los servicios que ofrece el hotel no son ciertos (no hay wifi ni televisión que funcione). Encontramos gusanos en la habitación y la bañera. La habitación no queda en el mismo edificio así que no hay a quien reclamar y si finalmente se puede hablar con alguien dicen que lo solucionan pero no cumplen.

Замечательный отель. Понравилось всё. Расположение, обслуживание, приветливый персонал, частая смена белья. Чисто. Безопасно.

Ubicación muy buena, a pasos de termini y en zona muy tranquilo, limpio y sencillo.

Отель близко от вокзала, на большой улице, но окна выходили во двор, спать тихо. Удобно для экскурсий по городу. Заказывали апартаменты с мини-кухней. В номере есть спальня с 2 кроватями, из нее ванная комната. В спальне жили дети. А в гостиной диван-кровать из ИКЕИ, конструкция не очень удачная, спать не удобно. Двери в гостиную нет, просто арочный проем. Персонал находится в основном здании. Вам просто дают ключи от квартиры, что очень удобно. Уборка нормальная. Интернет есть, правда не сразу удалось подключиться. За такую цену все хорошо.

Набор посуды для приготовления еды минимальный - 1 ковшик объемом 1 литр и маленькая сковородка. Для семьи из 4 человек, которая хочет сама готовить, для этого и бронировали апартаменты с мини-кухней, явно не достаточно. Чайника нет, большой кастрюли и нормальной сковороды тоже нет. Но тарелок, чашек, стаканов много.

חדר רחצה נעים ויפה . מיטה זוגית גדולה . חדר מעוצב בטוב טעם. (כל הכבוד) חניה ברחוב ליד בחינם בימי שבת = ראשון. אינטרנט מהיר וללא תקלות 11.5 mb. מיקום ברחוב ראשי וקרוב מרחק 15 דק" הליכה מתחנת terminy.

מזרון קשה. מיני בר היה עם מים בתחתית הגענו ביום ראשון דלת חיצונית סגורה ואין באינטרקום לחצן השייך למלון שניתן להודיע שהגענו . חסר שלט על דלת הכניסה למלון Hotel Regina Giovanna.

Хорошее расположение и не высокая цена.

Если у Вас поздний приезд, то попасть на в отель не возможно. Есть домофон, но телефона отеля нет. Нам повезло, что шли туристы в другой отель в этом же здании. В номере с кухней нет ни сковороды, ни чайника. Зачем тогда плита?
