The cleanliness of the bathroom
In 6 nights just 2 days of really hot shower (outside temperature in Rome was about 0 degrees). At least we managed to have a discount for that.
The staff- especially night manager was wonderful and a font of information. Great location - close to metro and myriad of restaurants. It's a mainly residential area.and the room size was good. The bed
The room that we had had strong odor of damp. This was visible in the bathroom in the shower area. We had to air the room as by the end of the day the smell was very strong. To be fair, others in our party did not have this issue.
Very close to the metro line, less than a 5 minute walk.
Rooms were very small and not the most clean, shower pressure was non existent in both rooms we rented, staff was not helpful and borderline rude at times, and the breakfast room was extremely cramped and not very much to choose from. Not really any restaurants or shops nearby. Wifi only worked on the first 2 floors.
Cheap price, considering its proximity to the city centre Cute waiting area Polite staff, helpful even though the english is not so good.
The elevator carpet stinks Breakfast on the poor side Expensive considering the room size Staff speaks little english, but better than most Italians...
Hotel is placed in a peaceful location. It is small old building, with friendly staff. Rooms are rather small. Good coffee for breakfast, but only sweets available.
Bathroom had fixed shower with very little bath, so turning around or even picking up something you drop requires you being an acrobat ...
It is good because it is nearby a metro station.
location is really good near to Metro station and 3 main bus line.
none of the staff could speak english and it was hard to explain to them what I want. inside the hotel smells really bad. The breakfast was so poor.
silence in the room Breakfast
smell in the bathroom wifi works only 2 meters from the router in the stairwell
It was clean and staff was nice. Breakfasts wear big and fresh. Building is not new but rooms are cleaning everyday really good.
The Hotel is located at Via Bari and close to the Metro and bus stop. The Hotel is close to the 'Limonia Restaurant' which we consider to be a perfect place to have dinner and a peaceful evening,
It is a pity that this Hotel is not well maintained because we consider it can offer a better service. The hotel staff were helpful however they seemed to be demotivated in some way or another!!! The A/C unit could not be fixed during our stay!!
The location of the hotel is very good for using metro or wolking to the city ceter attractions
The room is small and uncomfortable.stuff is not friendly and not supportive
The staf were extremely friendly. We travelled with a 2 year old and every night, when coming back to the hotel, they offered to fill up his bottle of warm milk. Our little boy was just over two but although the website says only children under two stay free of charge, he was also exempted. The hotel is just a 5-10min walk from Policlinico Station, which means easy access to many of he places you'll want to see.
The internet was a little slow and sometimes failed in the room, but this is something you'll also get at other hotels, unfortunately. Getting into the hotel with a buggy was a little inconvenient. The doors are hard to open and there is a flight of stairs just as you come in, but this was also manageable of course.
the bathroom was very small
Cheap Good location
The room wasn't clean
