Location Hotel regina olga was not a 4 star hotel.it was in a bad state of repair and in some respect quite dangerous for the people who stay there.the garden and pool area was very poor with the outside shower having to be operated by a swich on a box with what looked to have been on fire people were touching this with wet hands.paths to the hotel were all sinking dangerous for some people. We had saved up all year and were really disappointed with this hotel with all its faults to numerous to mention.

It was very centrally located in connection to the boats on Lake Como. There were very lovely views from the Lake View windows. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking on the premise is a plus. And a very good breakfast.

De ligging, gratis parkeren, het ontbijt. Kamer met balkon meerzicht was goed. Speciaal verzoek. Terwijl ik op de kamer was werd ik gebeld dat de kamer toch bezet was. Dit was een hele vreemde zaak en de eerste keer dat ik dit meegemaakt heb. Kon ik een kamer met balkon op de rokersafdeling als alternatief krijgen. No way ik rook niet en haat rook!! Uiteindelijk is het goed gekomen, maar had niet mogen gebeuren! Dat er nog gerookt mag worden in het hotel, terwijl Italie een van de eerste landen was waar een rookverbod gold.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Quai vom Comersee mit schöner Aussicht. Die Schiffsstation ist 3 Min. entfernt. Im Halbstundentakt fährt ein Schiff nach Como, Fahrzeit 12 Min. Direkt beim Hotel ist ein Parkplatz für Gäste. Schöner, kleiner Garten. Leider ist das Hotel mit amerkianischen Gruppenreisen belegt. Dadurch sehr laut. Stress am Früchstücksbuffet. Das Hotel sollte dringend grundsarniert werden. Die Bäder sind uralt, die Badewanne echt grusig .. Das Zimmer ist o.k. Der Pool auch soweit o.k. Aber leider hat es alte Plastikliegen.

Der Frühstücksservice war unaufmerksam, die Mitarbeiter sind mehrfach am Tisch vorbeigelaufen ohne zu merken, dass wir frisch am Tisch Platz genommen haben.

Hotel Regina is een schitterend hotel met alles erop en eraan. Het is een hotel waar voornamelijk Engelsen en oudere mensen verblijven. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. De kamer was erg ruim en zag er erg netjes uit. Het ontbijt was goed, met voor iedere smaak iets te eten en te drinken. Het hotel is oud en dat is op sommige plaatsen goed te zien. Behang laat los, stucwerk zit los. Bij het zwembad zijn ligstoelen, maar de kussens zijn erg versleten en zien er vies uit, maar omdat er grote badlakens zijn, zie je dat niet. Het tapijt in het hotel is op de trappen erg versleten en dat ziet er een beetje sjofel uit.

Ottima posizione.Dalle camere verso il lago c'e' una bella vista. Imbarcadero a due passi . Lo staff accogliente.Piscina. Doccia con poco spazio.Ristornate non top..Wi-fi non fonctiona bene nelle tutte le camere.Per accedere alla piscina si attraversa il "lobby".
