Just maybe that it was cheap and it because we booked it long time before. Close to train station. That s all A lot of things were terrible: 1. Location, its close to special market. And its very dangerous area , especially in the evening at night its too dangerous walk there! 2. Staff is terrible! 1 person just speaks in English and she is always angry mb cause she is alone speaks English. Another speak so so . 3. First day my friend came there and it was no room there! But we booked it ! Then they transfered her in another next hotel. 4. Very load there! You can hear everything. 5. Very small room, and looks very sad. 6. Even if it costs cheap i dont want stay there more.

Excellent location right in the heart of Palermo! The building is old, decorated in old Sicilian style which makes the stay unforgettable. Great staff and excellent price/quality ratio.

20 min walk from train station and 1min from that Crossing. It was the most horrible experience that I had in a hotel. The room was about 10 m2, equipped with 2 steel-wire beds and a cabinet. When I was lying in the bed, my butt could touch the groud. The door of the cabinet nearly dropped when I tried to open it. The door of the room was rather old, from the lock hole, I could clearly see the corridor. Windows did not work, although I had tightly closed them, so it was verrrrrrry noisy during the whole night. No breakfast. Horrible hotel. It is not worth the money I paid.

Cute room, inexpensive and clean. Good location in the historic area near the hop on and hop off tourist bus as well as interesting architecture and the old market. I would have liked more English and more access to meals for dinner.

The location was really excellent, and the price as well. I enjoyed the eclectic room decor and the colorful doors. This hotel is ideal for the free spirited traveler looking for a clean, safe place to spend the night after a long day of sightseeing. Not all the staff spoke English, so clear communication was a bit of a problem, but only a bit. WiFi is not available throughout as had been stated in their listing. Breakfast was minimal, with no options, as expected. The location was worth any trade off for us.

The staff and the location The room was just next to one of the main road of Palermo : Italians people have a heavy hand on the klaxon so it was really hard to sleep. Plus, there was not A/C so we had to keep the window open and hear all the noise. The room was not so clean which is uncomfortable when you are staying at a hotel.

It is in a perfect location, right at Quatro Canti, so everything is equally close. Staff speaks good English and were extremely helpful - gone out their way to serve us breakfast lot earlier than usual as we had to leave for our plane. The breakfast (possibly because our was earlier than the rest's) consisted of a coffee and a pre-packaged croissant. But have to say, this is usual fare in Italy

Very clean, and well maintained. It was ever so cheap, and well worth what we paid. Very Central; easy to get to everything and anything. Staff were ever so friendly. The rooms were very clean, and very nice for a budget hotel. Comfortable bedding, and clean bathroom too! Nothing. It was really cheap, and so worth what we paid.

The hotel is positioned in the center of the city. The bedroom and bathroom cleanliness were very good. The employees were very attentive and always trying to solve my doubts despite de difficulties with english. The mattress was very soft damaging the backs. The breakfast was poor. Just a little glass of juice, a little glass of milk and a croissant or biscuits.

The staff is friendly and the hotel is very well located in the city center. The interior of the hotel is cosy and there are enough bathrooms available. The bed was a little uncomfortable and there wasn't much for breakfast.

We had booked a room with bathroom inside, but the bathroom turned out to be in the corridor. We were assured that we were the only one using it, but with our baby, we still would have preferred to have the en suite room as we booked. No apologies were given, we were simply told it was like this... Room was quite small and hot. Beds old. Breakfast was one drink with one mini-croissant per person. Cleanness ok!
