The staff is very unpolate, the rooms are very poor, the shared bathroom is very small and uncomfortable. There were no breakfast (but it was included in price) and internet didnt work the whole day.

We found Regina originally browsing on the internet via Booking.com. We stayed overnight on our last day as it is near the station and well placed for airport bus. Its not luxurious but its friendly, clean, central and served our purpose. We have stayed before and hopefully will stay again.

Some of the staff were very welcoming. The price was reasonable and the location was great. However, the tiny breakfast (a small plastic cup of coffee and small bread roll ) was less than memorable. The helpful staff were very obliging and gave useful information, I would stay there again if ever returning to Palermo,

Our stay in this hotel was only for sleep one night, cause we had to take a plane early in the day after, the mattress wasn`t good at all , but as I say only for one night and the price no problem. The old man in the reception was very friendly , congratulations for him. The mattress was horrible.

This hotel is a little diamond. Its amazing value for money - my large, clean, cool (in both senses!) room was an excellent place to base myself for exploring Palermo and Sicily. Most importantly, as a solo traveller I felt safe. The staff are excellent, Francesca, Pietro & the team are more than helpful. I spent 3 weeks there away from London and will happily book Regina again - the location is brilliant. This was a lucky find, it made my holiday.

There were no internet access (WiFi) on the hotel (they said it was not working, and no intention to fix it during my 2 + 2 nights stay). And there were no breakfast to speak of.

Great location for explorig the city. Very helpful and friendly staff willing to give suggestions about interesting places i.e. 'must to see' or "where to eat" and 'how to get to...' :) The room cleaned every day. Price adequate to the standard offered. The noise comming from the street even the window was on the side (had to close window for the night). Well, in fact the whole city is noisy. Therefore I've treated this discomfort as additional experience during my stay in Palermo. Now I know that people here like to use horns in their cars a lot.

Great location The doublebed was very bad, the toilet-"door" could not be closed properly and there where way too much noise from ventilator in the toilet. Only clean towels and linens every third day.

Nice hotel, very central and conveniently placed for exploring the city. Very helpful staff helped us with our administrative problems and route planning. They were also helpful in finding us other accommodation where necessary. Well priced.
