convenient location, good service, clean and elegant. Breakfast menu was nothing special but adequate. Great balcony on the 7th floor with a view to the city. Breakfast room could have windows. |

Very personal and warm attitude of the staff, luxury and not overwhelming interiors, closeness to all important sightseeing places. The spa was not ready to use, no beauty services. |

L'accueil, le style des suites et leur ameublement. Pourquoi facturer le petit déj séparément à 33 € ? Quand le prix de la chambre est de plus de 600 € la nuit, c'est un peu mesquin.... |

Veldig hyggelig personale Dårlig trykk på vann, mistet vannet i dusjen når man tappet i servanten, fikk ikke skylt ut såpen av håret, vekslet mellom varmt og kalt. |

ホテルの場所も良かったですし、洗面所には白いバラの花が飾ってあったり、ベッドサイドにはお香がたいてあったり、細やかな心遣いも嬉しかったです。 -Good Location. There was a white rose in the bathroom, a incence on the bedside. I was very comfortable. クレジットカードの請求明細書を見たら円建てで、レートは1ユーロほぼ175円(174.932円)。別の店で同じカードを同日利用し、レートは1ユーロ172.125 から172.181円でした。支払の際、このような不利なレートの支払いになるとの警告をして下さればよかったのに。不親切だと思いました。 -The hotel charged me in local currencies.The exchange rate used was 174.932 Yen per one Euro while other rates on the same date was 172.125 -172.181 Yen. The unfavorable exchage rate should have been warned at the time of payment. It was not helpful. |
